Something of a malt aroma with citrus hop, but it leaves something of a floral impression? Very light amber color with a decently frothy near-white head. It did some lacing. Starts with a slight sour, perhaps medicinal, characteristic, reminiscent of some Siletz products, but not so strong. Definitely malt, and the finish seems decently bitter. Relatively dry. Seems a bit thin, but its nicely drinkable.

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Thats Virginia, where someone located in the Capitol of the Confederacy gave label approval to a label featuring a Union general. It seems reconciliation truly is complete. Pours a clear copper color with a large frothy offwhite head that quickly dissipates leaving a few specks of lacing. Aroma of big caramel and butterscotch notes and floral hops. The taste is floral hops, caramel, some toastiness and a bitter finish. Medium bodied. Pretty drinkable.

12 oz bottle-pours a foamy off white head and copper color. Aroma is flat/metallic hops, secondary medium malt, some faint citrus. Taste is biting (dry, tannins) flat/metallic hops, secondary medium malt, some yeast. Had another without dry, tannins, so benefit of the doubt avg. is 3.2
