On tap for Fruit in the Room. Poured brown with a decent peanut butter, roasted malt, and a hint of jam aromas. Mostly the flavor was peanut butter, caramel, and malt. Very little of the jelly flavor comes through. On draft at Cigar City during Fruit in the Room 2011. Pours a medium brown with an off-white head. Nose is some toasted malts, some molasses, some peanuts, and hints of grape-esque sweetness. Flavor is similar with some peanuts coming forth and some grapes coming forth to complete the sandwich. If I look hard enough, I would think I tasted crusts. Medium in body and vague bitterness and sweetness. Interesting beer.
