Good hop aroma with some malt in the backgound. Clear copper colored beer that had a decent white head that laced the glass well. Good biscut malt type flavors with a good hop bitterness to balance. This is a good well made ale with a decent overall flavor. I would drink this beer again. firemedic713 (169) - Palm Bay, Florida, USA - MAR 22, 2004
Clear copper with a frothy, fairly lasting head.Aroma is moderately hoppy, moderately malty. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish kind of switchs above. Ok. rudolf (2360) - Buffalo, New York, USA - MAR 17, 2004
Clean gold, decent craggy head. Dry, hoppy aroma. Interesting flavor - Diacetyl, malt and hops up front with a round corn-ey finish. raymow (1732) - Bensalem, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 3, 2004
A pretty good beer - reminded me a bit of an ESB. Decent color and flavor with a slightly dry, hoppy finish. MAP (1133) - Lakewood, Ohio, USA - FEB 28, 2004
Light golden color with a small amount of head. Flavor is pretty decent. Not a lot of complexity, but it has a good mouthfeel and a nice bitterness to it.

this is pretty good, i like it better than the fuggles ipa. this is really easy going down, not bitter, looks a darkish yellow color. pleasent smell, but a poor apparence. no head whatsoever. regardless- i like i like TheDean (786) - MIlwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 13, 2004
What a beautiful pour, it looks like liquid caramel. Taste isn't that good - taste like a MGD or something to me. I expected more out of this beer. Oh well, with beer, like women, expectations were made to be lowered. Deimos (81) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - FEB 10, 2004
Light in color, clear. Light aroma witha good but not overpowering flavor. Medium malt with a slight hoppy clean finish.
Pretty good. hershiser2 (3591) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - FEB 2, 2004
This is a decent looking beer, and the smell isn't bad, but the taste and mouthfeel are nothing special at all. The aftertaste is a moderate bitter that I didn't care for, and on my own personal scale, I gave it a 4/10. This isn't a beer that I'd care to have again. desurfer (1302) - Melbourne, Florida, USA - JAN 23, 2004
Amber, mildly hoppy, blah, blah. This was a very uninteresting beer. I don't know who this could be exported to, because I wouldn't want it.
