Good hopped flavor from a non ipa. Would be a acceptable substitute in the unlikely chance that a true ipa was not available. Not the greatest beer but quality and very drinkable.

Not a bad golden ale. Very dry, effervescent and it has a tiny bit of caramel sweetness. Tried for the first time in 2009.

ljthiessen (1438) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - NOV 8, 2017
Bottle. Clear golden amber pour without much head, super carbonated. Aroma is sweet caramel and a touch metallic. Taste is less sweet, a little grainy, same caramel and metallic notes.

cmacklin (1306) - Lethbridge, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 8, 2017
355ml bottle. Pours a clear gold-orange with a medium, frothy, long lasting, off-white head that laces. Mild aroma of grainy malt and caramel. Sweet flavour of wheat malt, caramel and a hint of orange with a dry, bitter grass finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Ok.

gripweed57 (2862) - Hamilton Square, New Jersey, USA - JUL 19, 2017
From old tasting notes. Amber gold color. Bubbly white head.Spicy hop nose. Zesty toasted malt flavor with a pleasantly complex hop finish. Nice clinging lace.

(Tap) clear, bright golden colour with a small white head; aroma starts with dough, then jam, hint of roast; clean flavour with a long, light bitter finish. Lively representation of this generally boring variety.

mahkus (136) - Aberdeen, SCOTLAND - DEC 20, 2016
Poured from a cold bottle into a glass. Clear golden amber appearance. Quickly dissipating haed. Very palatable to drink. Bit watery.

altonbrownd (5897) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - AUG 27, 2016
Bottle from Chevy Chase Wine and Liquor. Dark amber body with slight head. Nose is floral, hops. Taste hoppy, slightly spicy. A bit unbalanced and sweet. Creamy in the finish.

MarkSachon (1054) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 31, 2016
Bottle from the sampler case. Pours with a beautiful head. The taste and balance is very good. You will like this beer.
