12 ounce bottle. Dark gold pour. Small white head. Fresh cut watermelon nose. Sweet watermelon flavor upfront. Dry malty finish. Refreshing, but not much character outside of the watermelon.

12 fl oz can bought at the brewery store in Portland. Pours out clear dark golden, small head. Melon sweetness on the nose. Taste starts surpringly more dry than sweet. Thin texture, melon and later lollipop, some bubblegum. Low pale grain to the end. Meh, not my cup of tea.

Bottle. Golden color, white head. Very clear. Intense aroma. Watermelon candy, Jolly Rancher, slight vanilla notes. Still has some beer character in the flavor, but also has a large artificial watermelon note. Some floral hops way in the background.

Yech. Tastes and smells like watermelon bubblegum fell into a glass of amber ale or something.

Golden yellow pour with melon aroma with watermelon flavor. Light and refreshing.

355ml twist off. This smells and taste like and ipa version of those watermelon sour patch kids with the sour sucked off of them. Total gimmick but a far better execution than that new belgium garbage.

Fine watermelon aroma and taste. One of the best of this flavor that I have tried. Little hop contribution.

Bottle, one month out of date.

Pours a golden color. Well carbonated. Little head, no lacing. No retention. It is interesting color for a melon beer.

Aroma is very light. Somewhere between fake cantaloupe and fake honeydew.

Taste is light. The beer itself is probably okay, add the melon flavor and its not okay. Watermelon rind is present in aftertaste. More tart that I would expect.

Mouthfeel is light and watery. It is refreshing. Probably would be a good refresher after a hot day.

Overall, I’m highly disappointed. I expected a super refreshing, sweet fruity beer, and its not. Yes, my bottle is out of date, but I can’t imagine a huge drop off in watermelon taste. I would consider trying this again, but only if it were free. I would absolutely not buy this again.

12 oz bottle. Pours clear copper gold with a very thin head. Taste like a honeydew melon. Slightly malty. Light body and low carbonation. This is just not that good!

Pours a typical clear golden yellow with a thick eggshell head. Melon aroma reaches the nose first, rather sweet, while malt sneaks in upon a closer approach. Flavor blends watermelon and malty notes for a serviceable if not remarkable taste. Mouthfeel is on the thin side and not very fizzy. Not so hot, but could ease thirst.
