Bought this on a cruise because it was $9 in a world where a Bud Light costs $7. Pours slightly yellow, like urine if you’re fairly well hydrated. Aroma is cheap vodka, sour grapes, and rice water. Taste is abysmally bad when chilled, blandly harsh when room temperature, and barely okay to swallow when warmed. When warmed, tastes like apple juice mixed with the water left over after cooking rice... plus some Popov-grade vodka. My wife would have nothing to do with it, and I don’t rember how I finished the bottle. For the price, I guess this is good if you like sake, but I learned the hard way that I do not. This is better than Gekkeikan, at least.

Honey, koji, nail polish remover, honeydew aroma. Clear, nearly colorless. Honeydew, koji funk at midpalate. Thin and watery, hot.

Quite the hefty pricetag at 17 EUR. Has the sake smell I've become used to by now - booze, terpentine, chlor, solvent. Basically smells anything but natural. Light sour and light sweet taste with a bit of a boozy aftertaste.

Un saké classique élégant et fruité, mais qui manque un peu de longueur et de complexité.

Bottle - Light sweet bready notes. Bready and a nice sweetness. Boring and bland but accessible.

Served warm. Pours a clear color with a subtle aroma with hint of alcohol.. Taste is smooth and fairly dry. Went well with Japanese dinner. Was surprised this is an American brewed sake

At Wagamama, Southbank. Not had sake before. Slightly scented veggie aroma. Clear. Umami, which develops some sweetness. Salty. Plums. Roots/herbs.Veggie tones. Thin. Smooth, if oily. A warming finish. I liked it. Reminded me of the local schnapps I’ve had in Germany, only sweeter.

This bottled Sake from a bottle shop was served at a cold temperature and poured a head of no head clear colored bubbles that were and left behind a uncarbonated body transparent clear colored body and a oily lacing. . The burning vinous mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start mediumly tingly at the finish with a mellow vinous alcohol aftertaste. The mild flavor contained notes of vinous and alcohol. An OK brew just nothing special.
