Tap at Fetta. Pours a hazy, orange juice looking orange with no head. Light orange aromas with some faint grain notes. Sweet orange and mandarin on the palate. Good carbonation and not as syrupy as I thought it would be. Sweet orange finish that lingers. Not cloying but a little too sweet.

[email protected] Airport, Canada. Orange coloured beer with a light head. The aroma is lightly orangy citrus, and the flavour is yeasty with some mild citric fruitiness. Overall an average witbier. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft and random restaurant, with a slice of orange on the rim of my glass. Looks are cloudy orange without any head on top, could be the fruit interfering here though. Aroma of orange peel, buttery wheaty notes and zesty influences. Flavour is light bittersweet, loads of citric fruit and very artificial. Reasonable carbonation, thick mouthfeel and not so good.

Bottle from my parents fridge, at a family BBQ. This is horrendous. Im not saying that because its InBevs fake craft beer brand. Im not saying that because its a "macro beer" and I think beer needs to be mythically pure and local. Im saying it because it tastes nothing like a witbier, because it is light, thin, and weak, and because it gives the overall impression of a Bud Light finished with different yeast. One of the worst beers Ive ever had.

Cloudy dark straw color with storming activity. Slightly foamy white 1 finger head, lasting around 5-10 minutes, with average legs. Flavors of sweet grains, citrus, lime, noble hops, faint floral feel and corn. A little sweet yet astringent bitter. Thick full body with extra prickly carbonation. Medium strength finish from a highly bitter grassy spicy feel that is unusual for a witbier. Weird chalky citrus mouthfeel. Low freshness and highly acidic. Overall poor quality stuff. The lemon flavor is not pleasant and too harsh. Overly dry and too bold. Feels adjunct. Its almost disgusting and undrinkable.

Bought a sampler so the wife could try some pumpkin and apple beer. Drinkable, cracker, bready, and plain. An orange or lemon would make it pop.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 2/20/2015. Pours hazy golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lemon, lime, orange peel, pear, apple, coriander, clove, light banana, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Okay aromas with balanced fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and moderate pale malt notes; with poor strength. Taste of lemon, lime, orange peel, pear, apple, coriander, clove, light banana, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal bitterness/yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, orange peel, pear, apple, coriander, clove, wheat, cracker, white bread, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Good complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, fairly creamy/grainy, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is good; a bit thin for the style. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.2%. Overall this is a decent witbier. All around solid complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink. A pleasantly enjoyable offering.

This is a great summertime beer. It does have that citrus taste especially with the orange slice which does seem to enhance the beer. I think that we all agree that it is not a great beer but a very drinkable light, refreshing beer on a hot day during the summer.
