12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 5/6/2017. Pours lightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of lightly tart lemonade, orange zest, coriander, pear, apple, light banana, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of lemonade, spices, fruity yeast, and moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lightly tart lemonade, orange zest, coriander, pear, apple, light banana, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very mild herbal/grassy bitterness and lemonade tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemonade, orange zest, coriander, pear, apple, light banana, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice robustness and balance of lemonade, spices, fruity yeast, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a good malt/bitter/tartness balance; and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing dryness from bitter/tartness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and slightly acidic/sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.2%. Overall this is a good Shandy style. All around good robustness and balance of lemonade, spices, fruity yeast, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink. Nicely flavorful for the low ABV; with great balance between lemonade and normal base Shock Top flavors. A bit more body and less lemonade acidity than others in the style I've had; but the flavor impact really isn't there. A nicely enjoyable offering, and good example of the style. UPDATED: SEP 16, 2017 Bottle. It poured a hazy yellow with a white head. The aroma is light citrus with an artificial lemon flavor. It is light bodied. Ok but not my favorite style. OnTheTrail (603) - Virginia, USA - AUG 10, 2017
Drank after a bike ride, at a bike meeting. Didn’t pay attention to it, but I probably won’t have a chance to rate it again. It was hazy yellow white. Don’t recall much aroma. Taste was pleasantly light and lemony. Not too much there but It fit the occasion.

Lemondrop, lemon pastry aroma - not bad, but a bit wheat-musky right when you first open/pour. Yoked, twistoff longneck, lively faux-painted label. Still hate the Shock Top dude in all his variants. Pillowy white head on a misty straw colored brew. Biscuity, very low bittering, very sweet. Body is thin, starchy and flaccid, and the carbo retention is poor. Even on a sweltering July 1 in North Florida, this is not a go-to. ABC Liquors, Bull Run. Andrew196 (2039) - Katy, Texas, USA - JUN 10, 2017
Press a hazy dark yellow, aroma of lemon and corn. Crisp. Too much lemonade, not enough beer, adjunct flashes in the finish. Not good.

Bottle from Merchants. Aroma is lemon, wheat, light. Appearance is golden, hazy, white head. Taste is fake sweet, lemonade, wheat, corn, eh. Mouthfeel is light body, light crisp carbonation, light lemon and fake sweet aftertaste. Overall, it’s not good. Standard shandy levels. mjmoen (626) - - MAY 27, 2017
B. Pours a hazy yellow color with white head. Tastes like a lemon soda, sweet and almost no beer flavor Nekronos (4213) - Xalapa, MEXICO - NOV 20, 2016
Nothing special but nice to drink and refreshing at the same. NIce features and bubbly but not too relevant. Dacrza (1067) - Great Meadows, New Jersey, USA - AUG 14, 2016
DATE: August 14, 2016... OCCASION: Returning home from a great time at Penn State with Jer...watching the Olympics and trying to cool down...GLASSWARE: PSU weizen... sparse bubbles settle through a murky yellow gold body... the head is off-white and finishes before it begins to a pencil-thin circle.... lemon grass and citric juices mingle with malt liquor malts and throat lozenge to suggest this might have some work to do... first sip is light, fizzy, active at the tongue, short on its finish--perhaps this is a good thing, as the beefy, obscure flavor makes for a forgettable finish...overall, drinkable, if not somewhat bland... flavor profile is singularly lemonade, with malty sweetness providing some backbone and attempting balance to an otherwise lemony experience... tough to get behind this one when not trying to stave off the sun or the heat; in an air-conditioned room, this beer doesn’t really win... mathieuc (4000) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 16, 2016
Pours a lightly hazy yellow with a small white head that leqves good lacing. Nose is of floor cleaner - err, lemon - and that’s about it. Taste is of lemon indeed and moderately sweet. Body is medium and carbonation moderate. A fair radler, I don’t know much about them but this compares well with the latest ones I’ve had.
