12oz. Bottle: Faint aroma of fake lemon. Poured yellow in color with no head. Cloudy. Sparkling. Flavor is light to medium sweet. Tastes of bad lemonade and grains. Light body. Thin texture. Average carbonation. Lightly sweet, lemon and grain finish. reggiedunlop (3726) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 27, 2012
Pours a hazy pale yellow with a thin white head. Aroma has sweet lemon. Flavor is like a skunky busch with a touch of lemon. Light mouthfeel and a mild lemony abrupt finito. Chipalsa (1310) - Florida, USA - MAY 25, 2012
Ehh - tastes like any other Shock Top, but this time it’s full of LEMON. The scent is ok, some yeast and fruity aromas, but the flavor is like soggy bread revived by lemon zest. Finhead (1849) - OFallon, Illinois, USA - MAY 24, 2012
A hazy, pale white-yellow pour with a white head. It has a light wheat aroma with some lemon. The light body has a somewhat watery texture with average carbonation. The taste has a tart, lemon flavor and is followed by a slightly sweet finish. Not a great beer, but is a refreshing drink. uncle_rick (61) - Missouri, USA - MAY 24, 2012
Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head that goes away similar to a soda. Very light lemon scent. Taste is similar to a lemon soda if that existed, or maybe lemonade mixed with bud light. Very light, easy to drink, but have a vodka lemonde instead.

Aroma has got definite lemonade overtones with an undertone of clove and banana that is more prevalent in shocktop. Appearance is a cloudy yellow with just an tinge of orange and a small head that diminishes quickly into a soapy film. Taste has got more of the wheat beer notes, Wheat, a bit of banana, and some of the lemonade mixed in there as well. Palate is very carbonated, with a pleasant lemonade rather clean aftertaste. Overall, It’s a refreshing beer on a hot summer day…Nuff said. Cheers! Rotbart (155) - - MAY 21, 2012
Poured a darker lemon color with a nice white foamy head and a citrusy aroma. A significant sweet taste with a nice smooth citrusy finish. reminiscent of the radler I had on trips to Munich. jason1970 (143) - Illinois, USA - MAY 20, 2012
I wanted to try one of the various summer lemony products and basically had this or Leinenkugel Summer Shandy to choose from. I chose this because it was $1 less than the other and comparable in ratings. My first instinct is that it’s a decent hot weather quick beer to drink if the price is right and you like lemon flavor. I would much rather have a Blue Moon or a good hefewizen instead.
Aroma was lemon and malt but very light. It almost smelled like lemon cleaner/ Appearance was yellow with some mild cloudiness and a very thin white head and carbonation. Taste was lemon and wheat but didn’t mix perfectly. I would err on drinking this beer as ice cold as you can to dull some of the mixing issues. It goes down great cold, but as it warmed the flavors became less tantalizing. Overall, it’s not a style I will keep drinking as a rule of thumb and won’t buy bulk. Bottle. Light slightly hazy yellow pour with a white head. Smells like a wetnap. Lemon and slight spice. Not terrible. jandd1983 (4690) - Wentzville, Missouri, USA - MAY 19, 2012
Tasted at the 2012 Westport Brewfest. It poured a pale yellow color with a small white head. The aroma was of malts, hops, wheat and lemon. The taste was similar.
