12oz. Bottle: Faint aroma of fake lemon. Poured yellow in color with no head. Cloudy. Sparkling. Flavor is light to medium sweet. Tastes of bad lemonade and grains. Light body. Thin texture. Average carbonation. Lightly sweet, lemon and grain finish. ChainGangGuy (4919) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - APR 22, 2012

Appearance: Pours out a hazed, pale yellow body with a tall, meringue-like head, though it drops down very fast.
Smell: Artificially-flavored lemonade powder, faint spice, and just enough of a hint of beery barley to remind you this is, indeed, an adult beverage.
Taste: Lightly malty with a faint store-brand honey-flavored cereal sweetness. Given a teeny tiny pinch of ground coriander, though the accumulative lemon flavoring eventually overshadows it. It’s lemony and a little bit tart, but not overly so, and, well, that’s kind of how things go until the faintly fizzly finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium-plus carbonation.
Overall: Shock Top dared to take Blue Moon head-on, then, they showed up what seasonal pumpkin and fruit beers can REALLY be, and, now, Shock Top is flexin’ their summertime shandy muscles. It’s a bit sad, really.
I’m sure the base beer is the same so the lemon additive must be better than the raspberry additive. Tasty, zesty and cuts through nicely. Not an IPA or even an APA but enjoyable. robinvboyer (4739) - Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 30, 2014
Cheap artificial lemon flavor, buttery wheat, and some weird flavor thta reminds me of cheap lemon flavored malt liquor. This is rough. jandd1983 (4550) - Wentzville, Missouri, USA - MAY 19, 2012
Tasted at the 2012 Westport Brewfest. It poured a pale yellow color with a small white head. The aroma was of malts, hops, wheat and lemon. The taste was similar.

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY -- Cloudy light amber with a heavy white head, dots of lace. Aroma of lemon. Taste is lemonade with a bit of alcohol edge. So little malt and hops, it hardly qualifies as a beer. My non-drinking wife says she can drink it, which is the worst possible accolade. Not recommended nick76 (4402) - Tampa, Florida, USA - JUN 6, 2012
The aroma is dusty with dish water and lemon candy. The appearance is hazy gold with a nice head. The taste is pretty much like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall not much here seems like a fake out. edgallow (4376) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - OCT 27, 2012
12 OZ bottle pours golden with a white head. Aroma of malt and citrus. Taste is citrus and a little of the malt. maxwelldeux (4374) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - NOV 28, 2012
Bottle. Pours a cloudy golden color with relatively little head. Nose is strongly sour and lemony. Taste is all the bad parts of a spiced lemonade. Bleh. unclemattie (4357) - Georgia, USA - JUN 26, 2012
12oz, twist-off bottle. Yellow label. Pours cloudy gold color. no head. Aroma of a wheat ale with lemon Pledge added to it. Tastes like wheat ale with artificial lemon flavor and a touch of vomit added. Gross and not refreshing. It is a lightly flavored, Wheat Beer, thin and watery. Its a waste of time unless you are a girl that doesn’t have taste buds. (3377)
