Scored one of these at very reasonable price. Pours hazed Orange yellow. Nose is lemon. Tastes of lemon soda, biscuits, light malt, wheat, and urine. Not too sweet. Fine soda.

473 ml can from LCBO. Pours a cloudy golden colour with thin white head. Aroma is dominated sweet candied lemon with hints of wheat. Flavour is also quite sweet with candyish lemon overwhelming everything else - maybe a little wheat shows through but that’s about it. Underwhelming body. Not a winner.

weihenweizen (3824) - Charleston Area, West Virginia, USA - AUG 29, 2012
Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours hazy pale golden with small white head that dissapates quickly. Nice thin small bubble lacing, medium carbonation, thin body, and light lemon aroma. Taste is grainy wheat and lemon. OK for what it is.

Pours a hazy pale yellow with a thin white head. Aroma has sweet lemon. Flavor is like a skunky busch with a touch of lemon. Light mouthfeel and a mild lemony abrupt finito.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a medium, short lived, fizzy head, with no lacing over a hazy, yellow (SRM 3) fizzy body.....nose is lemonade, hints of wheat malts, no hops, esters, beer character.....taste is moderately sweet lemonade, minimal hops, no esters.....mouth feel, light body, light acid, high carbonation makes for many belches, finally it has a long lingering sweetness. This is really not particularly good as the underlying beer is well disguised. BJCP 5/2/9/4/5

Bottle: Pale yellow color with a bit of white head. Lemony, both in taste and smell. Actually a good, fresh lemon presence. A little thin, but OK. Has it been called cheerleader beer yet?

pintbypint (3634) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 2, 2014
341ml brown bottle. Yellow pour, hazy. Fat white head. Lemony nose. Taste has lemon, a little wheat and mineral water notes. Plain finish. Light bodied. Not that interesting.

Bottle. Light wheat and lemon aroma. Hazy straw color, moderate white head with not retention. Weird lemon and wheat flavor. I’d almost describe it as flat if it weren’t for the heavy carbonation.

northropfrye (3593) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - MAY 10, 2014
Yellow body sweet lemon aroma. Very fake and sweet tasting. kind of Gross. like a slightly watered down and chemically lemonade. alcho-pop. Don’t need to try this one again.
