(tasting at Des Peres Schnucks) orange amber. Light pumpkin aroma. Flavor is wheat malt, light pumpkin. Drake (13741) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 1, 2012
12 ounce bottle from a Kroger. Pours a very hazy orange color with a large frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of pumpkin and pumpkin spices. The taste is pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and very faint citrus and wheat. Thin-medium bodied. Pretty generic but not bad. AdamChandler (5052) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 30, 2012
$1.95 for the single bottle. Enjoyed in a tulip. Dark burnt orange. Minimal head. heavy on the cloves and brown sugar. Hints of pumpkin. Hint of pumpkin at the start. Dry very earthy bavarian german yeast taste. Not too satisfying. goatpirate (9) - - AUG 30, 2012 does not count
Very little pumpkin flavor. Tastes more like an octoberfest beer. Great aroma. Lightly carbonated.

Pours a hazy orange with a very light spice nose. Head is white leaving a ring head with spotty lacing. Taste is soft spice with ST wheat lightness. Carbonation is lively. It is a pumpkin ale. How about more pumpkin wheats from other brewers? BlackEyePA (573) - USA - AUG 29, 2012
Not bad, but not fresh ingredients I think. It lacks some citrus and freshness. The spices are right and the mouthfeel is good, not to mushy/grainy. Overall i liked it but in order to get a high rating and a real following they need to use the best of the best and add some citrus and real flavor JohnnyJ (5562) - San Diego, California, USA - AUG 27, 2012
Bottle. Hazy dark orange pour, thin off white head. Watery wheat malt, very lightly pumpkin, even lighter pie spice, and dull sweetness. A vet simple watered down beer for the masses, but still drinkable. agillespie81 (315) - Denver, Colorado, USA - AUG 26, 2012
Aroma - wheat malt, faint pumpkin;
Appearance - light brown, very hazy, opaque, pillowy head, poor lacing;
Taste - mild wheat front, subtle pumpkin back, surprisingly tart finish;
Palate - overpoweringly crisp, watery body;
Overall - definitely the worst pumpkin brew I’ve had, probably on the top ten list of overall worst brews I’ve had, pathetic attempt. beerscout (298) - New Windsor, New York, USA - AUG 26, 2012
Bottle. Soft cloudy orange color. Thin foamy off-white head. Nose was pumpkin and vegetable, with some wheat and malts. Flavor was unique. Crisp and clear pumpkin flavor. Not simply pumpkin flavoring or spice - it tasted like I bit into a slice of fresh pumpkin. For this reason, I rate it higher. Its a fresh taste. A nice take on the style, and out of the box.
