2.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle at home, rated against BJCP 2004 guidelines. Aroma: raspberries, sweet wheat base. Appearance: murky gold, small white head. Taste: awkwardly balanced between raspberries and a not outstanding wheat base. Palate: fairly thick, a little chewy. Overall: not great, would be better if raspberry flavor was slightly stronger.
12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 8/8/2015. Pours hazy/cloudy golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lightly tart raspberry, lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, light coriander, light banana/clove, wheat, cracker, biscuit, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, raspberry, and pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lightly tart raspberry, lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, light coriander, light banana/clove, wheat, cracker, biscuit, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Light yeast spiciness and fruit tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of raspberry, lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, biscuit, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Nice robustness and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, raspberry, and pale malt flavors; with a good malt/tart/spiciness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and moderately creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.2%. Overall this is a good fruited witbier style. All around good robustness and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, raspberry, and pale malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering. thorongil2 (3089) - , Ontario, CANADA - JUL 25, 2016
(bottle) cloudy yellow colour with a small white head; aroma fruit; bland flavour with no finish Fatehunter (2567) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - JUL 11, 2016
Pours a thin head on a hazy orange body. Aroma is a raspberry hard candy. Taste is the worst raspberry candy ever. Texture is also bad, sticky. Nope. Down the drain. Tommygun453 (40) - California, USA - MAY 22, 2016
Pours a light amber color with quick dissipating head. Aroma is mostly wheat and raspberry. Flavor is mostly raspberry. The artificial raspberry flavor over powers any other flavor, if any, that this beer might have. An ok beer. I probably won’t be drinking it again anytime soon. captnwizkidd (15) - COS, Colorado, USA - MAY 20, 2016
Very good overall beer. Appearance was a little off, only because you have to swirl to make it look like a wheat beer.

Golden amber pour with a quick dissipating head. Light fruit aromas with a touch of yeast. Flavor is light malt with hints of fruit, kinda thin. Popoff91 (124) - Oregon, USA - APR 27, 2016
12-ounce bottles. Disappointing. I love wheat beers but you can’t hardly tell it was made with wheat. There is a very strong fake raspberry flavor that overpowers any other flavors, and it lingers on the tongue for a long time after taking your last drink. I don’t mind sweet drinks, but the raspberry just tastes way too artificial. At least its not bitter. tia (2228) - Sandston, Virginia, USA - JAN 13, 2016
Bottle. Hazy yellowy golden with no real head. Does smell like "raspberry." Tastes grassy, grainy, and like "raspberry." HopTsing (575) - Sandston, Virginia, USA - JAN 13, 2016
From the bottle poured a cloudy golden brew with not a lot of white head. Fruity aroma. Flavor of malt, raspberry, vanilla and hops. Tasty. czar (9094) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 8, 2016
pours hazy very pale yellow with a small white cap offering minimal retention and lacing. sweetish dusty grains, raspberry-flavoured candies, the ’’blue’’ artificial flavour, vanilla, astringent herbs - coriander et al.; hint of sweetness - white cranberry and grape juice, tons of chalk. moderate carbonation - prickles a little though; light body, semi-sweet and awkwardly astringent herbal and mineral-chalky finish. artificial blue - not a complete fail even though very disappointing.
