My Bottom Line:AndySnow (7783) - Huddinge, SWEDEN - APR 11, 2013
Fallen leaves, citrus and white pepper coalesce atop peach esters and floral notes in this crisp, characterful Belgian-style Ale.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam tops the clear pale golden.
-The flavor profile is balanced.
-The mouthfeel is smoothly effervescent and the body lean.
-I would love to try this bottle-conditioned.
-This is the kind of beer that revealed more and more as temperature warmed up and I got used to its dominant aromas.
On tap at Q-Brick.
Tap at Ant n Bee, Tokyo. Golden colour with a large white head. Aroma of citrus, yeast. Flavour is sweet, slightly spicy, a bit of hops.

UPDATED: MAR 16, 2014 Tap at Popeye. Clear golden colour, big fluffy off-white head. Aroma is bit chemically, strong citrus, full on Belgian yeast. Taste is nice enough, Belgian again, quite fruity, bit citrus, Belgian tripel hints. Maybe a bit unexciting, bit maybe I am a Belgian beer snob.
03/14 Was very harsh last time or it has improved a lot. Still citrus but lots of other fruit too. Very interesting graininess. Really like it this time. Belgian yeasty and pineapple.

UPDATED: FEB 19, 2014 Draught at Bungalow. A new version, with way more hops. Glowing, deep gold, fine head. A slightly funky nose, estery, grapefruit and lemon, very Belgian. Flavors of grapefruit and peaches, biscuity malt, big bitterness. Body is full and just a bit too heavy, but a big improvement.
March ’13: 7/3/6/3/13. Draught at Bungalow. Clear golden with a low, fine head. SPicy Belgian yeast nose, biscuits, pilsner-like malt, grass. Sweet, yeasty, spicy flavor with light hops. Bready. Ok, but a bit lacking. Seems like they just fermented their pilsner with a Belgian yeast strain. Decent, but could use more hopping and dryness.
