A light, clean, easy drinking Hefeweizen. This beer is categorized by a grain bill of 50% malted wheat and a German weizen yeast strain that is directly responsible for the distinctly complex flavors. Immediately evident in the nose, this brew is punctuated by esters of banana and clove. These aromatics reflect similar flavors detected during consumption.

12 oz bottle more recently (draft at Shorts) from notes. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor have wheat malts, banana, cloves, yeast, hints of citrus, ok hefe.

Pour on tap at Beer Grotto, hazy golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of grass, bread, biscuit, slight earth, spice, hints of grain, slight banana, clove notes as well. Taste was a mix of bread, biscuit, nice white fruit, spice with clove, some vanilla, honey into some grassy notes, finishing slightly sweet.

Nice Hefewiezen. Murky golden color with white head. Some lacing. Banana and cloves are the predominant flavors. Seems a little heavy for a true "beach" beer.

Big thanks to GatorGuy92 for bringing this one out. Cheers, Matt! Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Nose is sweetness, orange, bread, and some eatery yeast. Flavor is similar with yeast, orange, bread, and some sweetness. Light in body and a nice wheat overall.

Pour from a 12oz "Snow Wheat" alias bottle. Cloudy yellow brew, small head. Aroma of some banana and wheat notes, very light. Taste is good - sweet wheaty malts with some clove, banana and corriander notes. LIght bready malts through, clean finish. Rather light on the taste. Average palate. Good.

Bottle from mikem409, as "snow wheat". Thanks Mike! Pours an unclear golden orange with no real head. Aroma has bananas and cloves, light lemons, some earth and some malt. Taste is of sweet biscuity malts, lemons, some spices. Light to medium bodied. Finishes earthy sweet with light spicy tang. Shrug? Decent for style, the taste was not fully there. 12.3

On tap at Dan's. The pour is a little bit of a cloudy gold with a thin rapid fading head. The aromas are good on the malt and offer a little spice to go with it. There is a yeastiness to it and a little bit of dank hop presence. The flavor hits many of the same notes. There is a nice malty yeastiness going on. The mouth feel is a little thin, and there isn't much of a carbonation, but the lingeringly malty aftertaste is pretty good for a hefe ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
