Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, roasted, caramel, lacto, berry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 
12 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted dark malty, light spice note and vague caramelish touch. Bottle. Pours a clear brown color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty hoppy caramel aroma with some slight acidic hints. Slightly roasted malty caramel flavor with some hoppy hints and also some sour hints. Has a roasted malty caramel finish with hoppy hints.

Heavy haze on this dark red - brown beer. Tiny off white head. Light semi crisp palate, slightly dry. Lightly sour with a whisper of chocolate. Tiny bit of lactose sweetness. Reasonably well joined up. Okay.
Bottled. Ambery brown colour with a small off-white to beige head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is toffee, some mild toasted malts as well as some chocolate, ripe fruits and mild sour wooden notes.
