COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blanco Suave is a Belgian Wit brewed with lime, agave, coriander, tangerine peel, and grains of paradise. Light bodied with a hazy yellow color. Bold citrus aromas practically leap from the glass with traces of nutmeg and spice. Crisp and tart flavors of lime make for a truly enjoyable and refreshing clean beer with lingering notes of wheat in the finish.

Clear golden coloured body with a little, pure white head that is barely a centimetre tall, and showing very large bubbles - pretty ugly actually. Aroma of coriander seed, buckets of fresh corn, some light grass and a ton of bread, yeast and funk - deep and strong in the nose. Light to Medium-bodied; Grassy and very yeastie flavours at first with a lot of bread, some coriander seed, hints of light spice and a decent amount of curacao and full oranges. Aftertaste is very dry, super herbal and showing a lot of both corn and coriander seed - in a relatively fresh manner, but the corn edges closer to a canned corn flavour. Overall, a decent and respectable wit with perhaps a bit too much flavours and too strong of a taste, especially the tail end with the funk and deep breadie and yeast notes. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Meijer in Woodhaven, Michigan on 08-December-2016 for US$16,99 for the twelve pack, sampled at home in Washington on 22-May-2017.

Citrus aroma, with a hint of coriander, pours a slightly hazy pale straw with a quickly fading white head. Very light body, with a very mild flavor. There’s a touch of lime and tangerine, then the coriander and grains of paradise come in, with a slightly sweet wheat finish. Not a bad wit beer, but this would definitely be more appreciated by me in the summer.

12oz bottle. Sort of an interesting take on a Wit. Unfiltered slightly hazy orange-tan body. The agave gives the body a little more depth. The other spices are pretty traditional. Medium bodied. Pretty run of the mill overall, but the agave gives it a unique touch.

Bottled. Pours a hazy straw. LIght wheatyness with coriander in the aroma. Lime is slightly tart which mixes with the yeast taste yet still clean.

Pour from a 12oz bottle. Hazy golden amber brew with small head. Moderate aroma of a classic wit with bubblegum and banana notes overlayed with subtle agave and moderate lime notes. Taste is basically a classic wit with the agave and lime notes, which work very well with the wit taste. Start of swallow is moderately sweet wheaty malt, tart agave and subtle citrus and coriander notes. Finish is an interesting blend of the classic wit yeastiness slaked by a notable amount of lime. The lime actually works with the the slightly funky yeast for a nice clean finish. Falls a bit short in the palate dept as the brew is very weakly carbonated and comes across as lacking zest, though it still has a solid enough body to not come across as completely watery.

Bottle. Wheat malt aroma with notes of lime and tangerine citrus, coriander and a bit of Belgian yeast. Pours clear pale golden colored with a thin white head that has poor retention and very little lacing. Starts with wheat malt flavors as well as bright citric lime and tangerine notes. Finishes smooth and a bit dry with spicy yeast and coriander notes with a bit of agave sweetness. Pretty nice wit.
