Draft sample. Poured clear amber color with an average frothy white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy earhty hop and bourbon wood aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and flat carbonation. Moderate to heavy bourbon bittersweet flavor with a moderate to heavy bitter finish of medium to long duration. Very good brew that I would recommend to a freind.

tap at hopcat for shorts party in 12/10. orange with big white head. soapy and grassy. some heat to accompany the bb aspect. bigger whiskey and woodsy aspect than bourbon per se. this rather works better when aging a pale or an ipa in my opinion. it complements the style rather than overpowering the big pine, spice, and huge florals
