COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cerveza De Julie is a pale yellow Mexican Lager brewed with real lime. Delicate yeasty aromas gather quickly from the ample amount of carbonation in this lighter bodied beer style. Soft grain sweetness enhanced by unobtrusive lime qualities bring out a subtle snappy tartness, which turns mildly bitter before a crisp refreshing finish.

Clear pale golden. Grainy scent. Taste is light, hay and grain with detectable lime. Good for a hot weather outdoor summer beer, pretty comparable to a corona with lime. Could easily put back a sixer on an 80 degree day.

Pours a slightly hazed light gold. No head, no lacing. Aroma is faint, dandelions and a bit of booze. Flavor is initially sweet, a very faint hint of lime, then a very warm, toasty malt character, followed by more lime in the finish. Not terribly complex, but drinks really well and has remarkable balance. Would be amazing in a swimming pool or hammock on a hot day.

Not bad, but very light, and very limy. Honestly tastes like corona and lime, but I would rather just have corona and lime. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Light straw color, but more cloudy than most lagers. Light lime aroma, thin body and light head. Low ABV as expected.

On tap at The Fitzgerald - Eagle River, MI. Seemingly classic pale lager mineral, rubber and corn nose. On the tongue, I’m kind of baffled at how much this tastes like a Mexican lager. It must just be that distinct of a combo of corn and yeast. The lime pricks up in the finish and gives this a slightly more refreshing quality, without being overbearingly limey or weird. I’m not into the Mexican lager signature, but I could see this being relaxing and refreshing for the right audience.

This is a step up from your commercial grade mexican-style lager. A bit hardier with a better mouth feel. the lime adds a nice twist. Nice beer to drink on a hot summer

A decent lager. Tastes like a mix between Corona and oberon. It’s alright but not amazing.

33 cl. bottle. Hazy yellow colour with a white head. Aorma and flavour of malt, hops and some notes of fruit.

Yorker (2085) - Holstebro, DENMARK - FEB 16, 2015
35 cl bottle @ home. Pours hazy pale yellow with some sediment and a white head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma and flavour are lime, grains, and malt - with a slightly bitter finish.
