12oz bottle. Rating #120. Nice beer, good hop presence, nice bright orange appearance. It was a little overly bitter, not a lot of balance, still pretty enjoyable overall. (2358) ColovianTrader (464) - - APR 15, 2012
Nice but subdued aroma. Heavy on the grapefruit, with moderate hop bitterness and smooth caramel flavors. Hints of lemongrass. Good carbonation and overall an above average IPA. blackflag321 (704) - Lansing, Michigan, USA - APR 7, 2012
Draft. Another nice Michigan IPA, but the only thing that distinguishes it from the pack is the taste of a fresh meadow. That can be good or bad, but it worked with the meal I was eating and the mood I was in. jebunn (22) - Illinois, USA - APR 2, 2012
Bottled 1/12 Poors golden with a small amount of white head. Very noticible citrus notes and a medium amount of hops. This is a pretty easy to drink IPA. Overall a decent IPA that I would reccomend IPA lovers to try. umich03jm (3512) - Flat Rock, Michigan, USA - APR 2, 2012
UPDATED: MAR 16, 2013 Bright orange color, very clear, no head. Very fruity and floral aroma. Grapefruit comes through strong. Pleasant taste. Lots of grapefruit, some bitterness, but a tad dry at the end. Should be more refreshing than it is but still pretty good. Re-rate 3/16/13 - I find myself buying this fairly often so I feel like I need to bump up my rating. When this is fresh it is very good. Lots of orange and grapefruit hop flavor, nice malty backbone, crisp finish. Still a bit dry but it makes me drink this so fast. A very solid IPA that’s goes down way too easy.

Ok, so this beer isn’t as terrible as the rating might dictate but honestly it smells like poop. Seriously. It reminds me of when I changed my nephews diaper. That smell. superspak (6082) - Waterford, Michigan, USA - MAR 28, 2012
Takes away from every part of this beer experience.
12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled 2/27/2012. Pours hazy golden amber color with a dense 1-2 finger off white head with good retention that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aromas of big orange, pineapple, mango, pine, herbal, floral, honey, caramel, and light biscuit. Very nice and well balanced aromas with good strength. Taste of big grapefruit, pine, orange, floral, caramel, honey, biscuit, and herbal spiciness. Nice amount of pine bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of pine, citrus, caramel, biscuit, and herbal spiciness on the finish for a bit. Great balance of flavors with bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a slightly creamy and very smooth mouthfeel. Alcohol is well hidden at 5.5% with only a slight warming well after the finish. Very smooth and easy to drink as well. Overall this is an excellent IPA that actually fits more into the pale ale category. Excellent fruity hoppiness; with great balance and very smooth drinking. barncatmatt (2355) - Cambridge, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 24, 2012
355ml bottle shared by jsprime. a different take on an IPA, enjoyable but not something id seek out. better then most shorts beers. LinusStick (3519) - Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 11, 2012
A very nice and bitter IPA via trade with mikem409. Aroma was nice and big. Strong grapefruit rind with notes of pine cleaner. Pour was a cloudy medium gold with a one finger white head. Taste was very strong and bitter. The grapefruit rind bit the cheeks and dried them out. After the swallow and roasted caramel flavor came out that borderlined nutty. Very odd, but good. All in all very bitter and delicious ryanfolty (2611) - Bourbon County, Minnesota, USA - MAR 9, 2012
