COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dan’s Pink Skirt is an American IPA brewed with Summit and Simcoe hops. Malt characteristics are mild and practically undetectable in the nose. Dan’s Pink Skirt has pronounced floral and citrus aromas, with a pine resin hop bitterness that attacks the pallet.

Poured up on tap at Rochester Tap Room where it exhibits a near clear pure gold body that supports a bright white head that leaves behind some sheet lacing. The aroma offers up danky garlic, tangerine and then some mango and pineapple. The taste delivers a pleasing hoppy thickness with malt infused spicy danky hops and then a quick tangerine note. To midway it gets into mango and pineapple. Solid near chewy IPA treat.

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, clear golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of orange, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, pine, bread. Taste was a mix of orange, grapefruit, grass, pine, sinew spice, bread, biscuit, finishing spicy, bitter, dry.

Pours straw yellow a bit cloudy. Mild head. Hoppy aroma with hints of citrus. Lemon and grass at start with malty finish that’s a bit dry.

Good nose, piney and citrus hops. Great looking beer, burnt orange pour with a fluffy head. Good lacing. Taste is wonderful, citrus and piney hops dominate a slightly malt sweetness. Palate is medium bodied. Overall a very solid ipa. Will be getting again.

MrBunn (2826) - The Wet Side of a Dry Town, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 15, 2015
Bottle. Pours a hideously dingy pale gold with a thin head. Aromas are better... kind of a grain dust malt presence with some lemon and a bit of soap. Flavor is good and crisp, unlike the aroma or the nose. It’s a clean lemony citrus presence with a bit of honey. Very nice.

Mr_Abner (385) - Michigan, USA - MAY 22, 2015
Bottle. Pours a hazy golden straw color. Aromas of tropical fruit, mango, guava, light pine. Taste is of tropical fruit followed by a medium, clean bitterness. Medium bodied, average carbonation, lasting bitter finish.

kaser (6312) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 27, 2015
Poured from 12oz bottle at home. Bright yellow orange color with white head. Grassy citrus aroma. A nice clean crisp taste. Good fruity lemon and tropical hops. Well done beer.

Nephilium (1818) - Cleveland, Ohio, USA - DEC 19, 2014
Pine and citrus aroma, pours a slightly hazy pale straw color with a white cap of head. Very hop forward, with just a hint of caramel before the pine and citrus come into play, which fades into a long bitter finish. Moderate body, with a slight slickness to the mouthfeel. This is a really solid IPA.
