COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Good Humans was created to showcase one of Briess Malting Company’s new malt varieties. Originally planned as a one-time thing, it quickly became one of our big successes. Good Humans is a Double Brown Ale made with Carabrown Malt, and then dry hopped with Simcoe hops. The brew has sweet malty esters that are met by huge toasted caramel and toffee flavors. The finish is dry with a bouquet of hops.

29-APR-2013, bottle @home, from Řlbutikken. Hazy amber with lasting tan head. Aroma is a bit difficult. Malty with caramel, bread, and burned toast. But also some Vegy - perhaps more earty notes. Comes out a bit unclean but it could be the hops? Taste much the same. Good body and nice medium carbonation. Really a brown ale. Why categorized as American Strong Ale?

Bottle. Clear chestnut brown with a small white head, that leaves a bit lacing. Hoppy aroma with tropical fruits and citrus, caramel, nuts, light cocoa. Taste is medium sweet and bitter. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Bitter and light alcoholic finish.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Pours a clear nutty brown with a creamy and lacing off-white head. Toast and sweet toffee in the nose, nougat with only a subtle whiff of the dry-hopping. Rich, sweet caramellish body, quite some booze in the finish. Delicious - but don’t expect a hoppy beer. 150413

12oz bottle, thanks to umich03jm. Clear dark brown / red color. Minimal white head, little lace. Bigger body. Smooth, crisp lighter carbonation. Bigger body. More dry texture. Nice nutty flavor, light chocolate malt. Good hop flavor overall. Nice pine, light citrus. Good earthy hop. Bitter taste overall, light sweet in the finish, light bite. I dig the flavor, but the bite prevents it from being drinkable
