On Tap - cloudy copper color with nice 2 finger head. Aroma - mango, pineapple, lemon and pine sap. Taste - huge tropical fruit flavors with resiny pine coating tongue. Palate - best part of beer. Perfect medium body and lively carbonation. Resiny sticky hops coat tongue and mouth leaving you with full bitterness throughout each gulp!! Overall - one of my favorite IPAs on tap. Had this from the bottle also and not quite as good. Would be 4.6 on tap.

Tap at Kumas. Hazy orange with a lasting white head. Nectarines, under ripe pineapple, pine and slight caramel. Mild sweetness immediately overcome with an intense bitter citrus pine taste almost medicinal. Medium body with a foamy feel. olenickj (116) - Michigan, USA - SEP 29, 2017

Bottle. Nose grapefruit and light grass, dough; pour an opaque orange-golden with a large and dense beige head. Taste strongly bitter but not extreme, clean and not too rubbery, rather dry, not tart, getting subtle orange peel and rind, light grapefruit, strong dough, very strong pine, some spice and earth. Full body but not fat, smooth and just crisp enough. Strong caramel dull and a little flabby. A little heavy for this hot day, well thought-out, just doesn’t have the brightness it needs. Exceptional IPA on draft at Yard House in King of Prussia. This delicious beer poured a golden color with a thick white head. The hops were crisp, bitter, spicy and dry. The mouthfeel and body of flavors were outstanding. There was a bready backbone that balanced the beer really nicely. The finish was delicious. Pours misty, deep orange. Full finger white cap, recedes slowly and leaves a nice, dense lacing. Nice fresh leafy hops on the aroma, some caramel-biscuity malts, even faint chocolate (?!), grapefruit, faint apricot, pine resin. Taste has candied grapefruit peel, some orange pulp, with a nice gulp of caramel maltiness in the middle, and then just truckloads of deep resiny hops, packing a really solid bitterness and quite some earthiness, too. Faint pineapple. Hints of chewing tobacco, spicy weed, kiwi seed. Aftertaste has a lot of lingering bitter hops, but its not unpleasant. Each new sip brings back a nice citrusy juiciness. Mild, smooth body, carbonation prickles just for a bit. A solid, albeit pretty straight-forward resiny IPA. Pours a slightly hazy golden orange on tap with fluffy off-white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of resinous piney citrus hops over a mild caramel and biscuit malt base. Taste has some floral aspects on top of the pine and citrus, but more malt balanced and slightly oxidized. Moderate to heavy bitterness, dry finish, not bad. Pours a cloudy, amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is floral hops with caramel malts and a hint of alcohol. Flavor had some toastyness along with the floral hops and caramel malts.
