Thanks to Adam for sharing a few of these with me over the years.
Dark brown appearance with hints of crimson and approx. 1/4" of tan head. Aroma = peanut butter sandwich. perhaps a slight vegetal note, but I haven’t had any truly negative experiences with this beer. Flavor is nutty, earthy. Roasted peanuts with a sweet, sugary, jam character. PB&J in a glass, as advertised. Really fun to try and best in small doses. RussianDragon (877) - - JUL 9, 2014
22 oz bottle. Pours a translucent dark brown with a rocky tan head. Ruby hued when backlit. Aroma is peanuts, mild sweet strawberries, and a hint of roasted malt. Flavor is mild peanut and ripe red fruits, with forward malt and rye that dominate. A certain chocolate roastiness in the finish. Medium mouthfeel, moderate carbonation, and a slightly slick oily finish.

UPDATED: JAN 29, 2015 Tap @ Shorts: So I don’t know if this actually counts because I didn’t specifically order this beer, nor did I have it from a labeled bottle. I had about half a glass of Über Goober left & topped it off with a buddy’s glass of Soft Parade. I would say close to a 1:1 ratio but who knows for sure. Exactly what you’d expect; strong flavors from Über popping first; roast, peanuts, cocoa powder, following by a mild tartness from the Soft Parade that lingers into the finish. Adds kind of a chalky, medicinal tone pinned underneath the fruit, one of the reasons I’m not big on Soft Parade to begin with. Decent blend, though my taste buds aren’t screaming "peanut butter & jelly". Protip: don’t defile your delicious glass of Über by pouring a mediocre fruit beer into it. It will not improve. On the other hand, if you arrive from unconsciousness to somehow find a glass of Soft Parade in your hands with Über Goober in close proximity, I’d say go for it (only if you can’t ditch the Parade for Goober entirely... though if you arrive at this highly contrived & relatively specific situation, you may have other, more eminent things to worry about).dalekliz (927) - New Jersey, USA - MAR 10, 2014
Update: Had a bottle from the first bottle release, thanks to Jeff. Pours fizzly with a volatile, loud head that disappears quickly. Aroma has a big sticky strawberry jelly tone with some sharp, tannic, & astringent tartness that is likely from infection. Red grape, almost vinous in a weird way. Musty. Grape musk. Only a small hint of roast & stout tones hidden in the back. Flavor is tart, sour, a bit astringent & kind of sharp. Aggressive notes of strawberry, sour lemon, under ripe cherry skin, & vinous grape. Not much stout up front, but the aftertaste lingers with a bit of roasted peanut flavor. Surprisingly drinkable for being infected, most likely. But the "mix to order" PB&J is much better.
Bottle. Pours a deep brown-black with a fizzy off-white head that fades. Aroma has a lot of fruit, grapes and berries, with yeast, burnt toasted malt, grass, and a hint of something sweeter and richer. Taste hits with a ton of fizzy fruit and yeast, then picks up rounder malt and peanut notes at the back. Lingering blend of everything that really is a bit like peanut butter and jelly. Weird, but not bad. This bottle was quite old too but doesn’t seem to have lost anything. nuplastikk (6508) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 25, 2013
12oz bottle. Red-amber chocolate body. If this was supposed to be sour, it would be higher regarded. Big vinegar notes, but with some brown sugary malt tones to balance it out. Pretty nice somehow.

12oz bottle, thanks to FlandersNed. Sticker on the cap reads "1-10". Moderately hazy, dark brown color. Thin khaki head. Leaves solid ropes of lace. Tart, tannic, nutty peanut butter aroma. Light jelly fruitiness. Very sour, tart taste. Sweet and sour. Oxidized aroma - some paper, cardboard. Medium body. Lightly slick. Lighter, kind of soft carbonation. Lightly sour, clearly old, infected, pretty oxidized, but not repulsive - significantly better than Uber Guber, when I tried it (it was incredibly sour) b3shine (9253) - Indiana, USA - DEC 12, 2013
Bottle to taster (2010 vintage; shared by DrSilverworm). Looks solid; cola with beige head that quickly dissipates into lacing. Smells and tastes of sour fruit. Tart on the palate. A good fruited sour, but an inappropriate example of the style. bpar73 (1199) - Bellaire, Michigan, USA - DEC 7, 2013
On tap at the brewpub. Dark brown pour with a quickly dissipating white head. . Smokey peanut butter and grape jelly aroma and taste. Roasted malt with nuts and dark fruit. Interesting combination. mikem409 (2032) - bloomfield, Michigan, USA - JUL 24, 2013
bottle from notes 2011. pours dark brown with red tint and nice redish head. big berry and faint peanut aroma. taste is sweet berries at first and follows right behind with the peanut butter and chewy bread! Mittenator (1612) - Michigan, USA - MAR 6, 2013
(From backlog) Bottle. Odd fake chemically smell. Peanuts followed by artificial fruit and really weird aftertaste.
