On tap at the brewpub. Poured a hazy yellowish brown with a tan head. Aroma was of nuts, bread and cereal. Flavor was creamy with sweet pistachio overtones. mikem409 (2029) - bloomfield, Michigan, USA - APR 6, 2012

On draft at Lord Hobo’s for EBF weekend. Took a few sips from my buddy to try and properly gauge this one and I came away with just one thing: butter popcorn. I might enjoy this one but only one glass for sure, seemed very filling and a little too crazy. paintedmaple (671) - People’s Republic of Bloomington, Indiana, USA - JAN 28, 2012
On tap at the brewpub...had this one a while back while at Short’s. Creamy, sweet, and nutty; this is a very nice after dinner sipper. Thorpe429 (5122) - , Illinois, USA - MAY 31, 2011

Pours a moderate golden color with a bit of a brownish tint. Off-white head falls quickly with a few spots of lacing. The nose brings forward quite a bit of pistachio and the cream doesn’t enhance the brew – it has too much of a diacetyl component to it, which is quite unfortunate. Some moderate cream in the flavor along with buttery toffee. The butter works a bit with the nutty notes, though everything is still a bit of a contrast. Medium creamy body with average carbonation. Very strange brew.

Aroma has buts, cream and sweetness like lactose. Flavor is similar, nothing over the top but pretty tasty. I like the combination of the candied nuts with a hint of cream and sugar, a bit cakelike. j12601 (13189) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - MAR 17, 2011
On tap at Sunset for their Shorts event prior to EBF. Pours a hazed gold. Sweet ice cream and pistachio pudding aromas. Smells pretty much just like a packet of Jello instant pistachio pudding powder. I wonder if they used the same flavorings in this. Toasty, sweet pudding. Sweet and nutty. Quite tasty. walleye (1102) - Sterling Heights, Michigan, USA - DEC 31, 2010
