On tap Blackthorn Pub...Holly, MI Fantasticly balsalmic vinegary sour red with perfect cherry sweetness to balance it off. A beer that would make a Butt Light drinker scream in horror (which makes it even more appealing). User29624 (1683) - - MAY 28, 2012

Draft @ Slow’s. This one is freakin delicous.
It is a clearish dark red with a foamy short-lived head.
Aroma is funky and sour, lots of sour fruits like cherries and lemons.
The flavor is great, a good dose of acidic vinegar to go with a puckering cherry lemon combo. Nice sourness. Sweet but not too sweet.
It has a perfect mouthfeel and it is extremely drinkable.
A solid one.

Draft at HopCat, Grand Rapids. Murky prune-colored body, thin cream head. Nose of tart grapeskin and brown sugar. Leathery, funky body, mostly vinaigrette with notes of brown sugar, wet socks, and light plasticky phenols. Watery finish. Pretty good overall. On tap: The aroma consists of light cherry, light sour apple, and a faint vinegar. In the glass it’s a still looking brownish-orange with a barely noticeable fine beige ring around the edges of the glass. The flavor starts with a quick dose of light cherry. The finish has moderate sour lemon, sour apple, vinegar, and acetone. It medium bodied with almost no carbonation. Overall, tasty, but lacking in appearance and mouthfeel. msante79 (2225) - Mount Prospect, Illinois, USA - DEC 4, 2011
On tap at Ashley’s Ann Abor. Pours hazy brown with some reddish tints and no head. Aromas of wood, dark fruits, and some sour notes. Flavors of wood, ripe fruits, some lactic sourness. Has a nice mouth puckering quality. Looked like shit but turned out to be a pretty good Flanders. HonkeyBra (4044) - Lemont, Illinois, USA - NOV 26, 2011
On tap at the HopCat Wood & Wild Ale Festival. Deep reddish pour with a tan head. Aroma of wood, light tartness, mild caramel, some lactic sourness. Mild red fruits and plums. Flavor is pretty nice for a Flander’s Red. Decent lactic sourness, some oak, wood, mild funk. Various fruit and vinegar, some caramel. Nice tart finish. Pretty nice traditional Flander’s Red from Shorts.
