Another Short's "classic". Space rock hey? What about the space skunk that pissed in it? I wanna shoot that little bastard. When you're up for a little space rock moon mayhem stick with Blatz. That;'s the shit that put men on the moon for real. You think mission control was drinking this Short's dung? HELL NO. Those steely eyed missile men were loaded on Blatz. Same for the Apollo astronauts. Nothing else can explain the great success other than that. Don't question it. Don't bother. I've been to Milwaukee (which means the "good Earth) so I ought to know. 4/2/2016 -- from backlog notes: 12oz. Nice amount of piney, citrusy and peppery hop. Moderate bitter taste, lighter to moderate sweet. drsordr (2973) - Loveland, Ohio, USA - NOV 25, 2017
Bottle from Jungle Jim's pour avg gold with huge floaters. Maybe space rocks refer to the size of the debris in this beer. Nose dank, citrus, and hint of vanilla. Taste moderate to strong bitter up front, lots of dank hop and watered down orange juice. Light grainy malt. justkoehn (176) - Michigan, USA - NOV 11, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 11, 2017 Hazy straw color with heavy lacing. Minor piney hop aroma. Basic ale taste with more hop kick to finish onceblind (11150) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 8, 2017
Clear deep golden hue under a thick fluffy white head. Bright hop nose that’s a little piney and earthy with a touch of earthy citrus. Bright pale malty flavor with a light crackery tone and a lifting citric piney bitterness. Pretty smooth, delightful, but a tad plain. Just a well made American Pale.

Sample during the "Biennial Space Tasting!" on 08/20/2017. Hazy orange color with a medium thin off-white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Citrus, hops and malt aroma. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short fruity hop aftertaste. Decent overall. In short: harsh bitter ale.
Did I enjoy it: not too much.
Pours hazy light orange with nice white head, frothy. Pine, resins, herbal nose. Medium body, average carbonation, slick texture. Taste is quite bitter, some harsh, herbal, citrusy.
I love Shorts. I do not like IPA's. Therefore, this was one of the worst beers I've ever tasted.

12 oz bottle from Tmoney99. Pours a hazy light golden color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have pale malts, grainy, earthy and herbal hops, almost Pilsener like, dry, some bitterness to the finish, ok.
