Description: The India Pale Ale has become a staple in the American craft beer industry. The focal point always needs to be the strong hop presence. We think we have been able to achieve that by using just over two pounds of hops per barrel. We add Chinook, Centennial, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Cascade hops at six different times during the brewing process.

Bright gold color and a bit cloudy with white head and light lacing. Aroma and flavor have strong piney hops. Mostly bitter with some citrus notes. Very good, strong flavor and very drinkable

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a cloudy dark orange color with a medium sized foamy orange-white head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was tart with pine, grapefruit, lemon and a hint of medicine. The flavor was tangy and sweet with pine, lemon and hint of floral hops and medicine. Long finish. Medium body and fairly smooth. Ok.

Sampled on tap at the brewery (12/13/15). Nice hoppy nose, tropical fruit and honey, light citrus and some resin. Great nose. Golden amber clear with thin head. Medium body with medium carbonation. Moderate malt-sweet start with big bitter finish. Clean after with a bit of lingering sweetness.

This poured a golden color with a white head. Aroma was resinous, dank, and booze. Flavor similar, alky presents itself more than it is in reality, but pretty fresh and dank. Tasty.

First let me say that I detest this style but it was there, so i tasted it. If you like IPA, this is probably more like a 4 in your book, its terribly on style. Cloudy dirty yellow. Mild aroma of your favorite mates BO right after good sex, and that is a good thing. Not sure about what makes these recent hop varieties have that smell. Quite palatable at first but that just lulls you in. IT evolves into something more offensive IPA style. Yes, some taste bud roto-tilling going on here. I must say, if you like this style, put it on your bucket list. Nothing more impressive to the girlie tste buds than fresh wholesome sustainable IPA. A little easier for me to take than most IPA. Does not ever tread into the IIPA ranks.
