Yves (3054) - Turnhout, BELGIUM - AUG 17, 2010
Clear goldblond coloured beer with small white head and lots of carbonation. Herby hoppy aroma. Full sparkling palate. Finish is herby ending dry and bit bitter.

heavy (2890) - Split, CROATIA - FEB 8, 2011
21/01 0.5 l bottle courtesy of Marko, thanks for sharing! As Shumensko premium, but it had also 4,6% ABV. It poured golden body with small head. Corn, cornflakes and honey malt cloying aroma. A bit better flavor, had some notes of herbal hops, but it’s generally sweetish, dusty, grainy, crude at moments with lot of honey malt. Still boring. Medium in body with short corky and dusty finish. Blah.

adamnowek (2827) - Brussels, BELGIUM - OCT 19, 2016
Half-litre can from a Bulgarian grocer in Brussels. Big soapy head that vanishes almost instantly. Pale gold colour. Sour corny aroma. Taste is a little metallic.

blackisle (2637) - Amsterdam IJburg, NETHERLANDS - MAY 18, 2016
Can 50cl. as Shumensko 1882, from Nansi Bulgarian grocery shop, Zaandam. Clear pale golden, small frothy white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing; aroma sweet malts, grain, hint of grass; taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grainy, aftertaste mild sweetbitter, malty notes; light body, watery to oil texture, soft carbonation; ordinary lager but clean and drinkable.

dnicolaescu (2608) - Chișinău, MOLDOVA - SEP 24, 2015
BOTTLE 50 CL as Shumensko 1882 at 4.8% ABV. Clear golden, white frothy head. Clean if not sterile macro-lager profile. Light light sugary pale malt sweetness, a touch of sweaty hops, a hint of fuzel. Almost no hops. medium to high carbonation. Macro piss.

armando629 (2456) - Budapest, HUNGARY - AUG 27, 2008
A bit better than the svetlo, but an avarage lager too. Aroma of yeast and malt, minimal hop, flavor of pale and some caramel malt, bottom fermentation, minimal bitterness. Easy drinkable beer to the beach of the Black-sea.

Swaroga (2223) - Warszawa, POLAND - JUL 7, 2013
50cl can. Golden with small head. Nose : bread , sugar. Sip : low carbonation, water body. Metallic background. Bread. Awful beer.

jamaty (2183) - Madrid, SPAIN - MAR 22, 2016
Dorada nebulosa, un dedo de espuma. Aroma cereal. En boca nada que aportar. Una más de cientos de lager de producción. En este caso ni dulce ni amarga en exceso, cierto tono metálico y especiado y gas presente. Y aguda, bastante.

fata2683 (2176) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - MAR 30, 2009
bottle, pours light gold, no head. Strong malt aroma with a light skunk in the background. Light bodied, very watery, some hay flavors and a buttery finish with next to no hop presence. Very bland beer.

davidm (2080) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - MAR 28, 2013
Bottle at the Crimean. Really uninteresting. Band-aid, citrus, sweetness, light, and ugly.
