On tap at brewpub. The color was green due to the St-Patrick event. Mix of cloves and banana. A good (normally) white beer.

Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Nose of wheat, Blueberries or other small fruits, pale malt, honey. Body is pretty light no real hoppy finish. Medium to high sweetness. Medium carbonation. Not bad but nothing special

Tap at the brewpub: Poured a clear yellow color ale with a nice foamy head with some retention and light lacing. Aroma of grainy wheat malt notes with light bubble-gum notes is OKish. Taste is a nice mix of light wheat malt with some grainy notes and light residual sugar notes. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Easy to drink with limited complexity.

On tap at brewpub. A slightly veiled straw withh a short lived white head. Aroma is light grapefruit. Flavor is wheat and fruits. Finish is light grapefruit, herbal, and a tad bit of funk....light body, average carbonation. Light and easy to drink.

Viper666 (3290) - Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 31, 2013

Assez bon.

UPDATED: AUG 8, 2013 My Bottom Line:

Delicate coriander, citrus fruit, banana esters and firm wheat intertwine in this super refreshing and well polished Wheat Ale.

Further Personal Perceptions:

-A veil of foam protects the misty golden shine.

-Herbal hops and that spicy citrus fruit edge are perfect for each other.

-The relative dryness, perfect flavor harmony and polite level of flavor intensity made for amazing drinkability.

-The wheat flavors lingered nicely in the finish with the citrus fruit.

-This was an amazing pairing with trout tartar with citrus zest.

On tap at the brewpub.

On tap at the brewpub. A maintay of their product line, a passable beer. A light fruity colour, a touch of head, very lacey. Malty sweet. Carbonation is above average. All of the beers here were fresh looking. with a white head and heavy lace.
