bottle shared by eric, thanks man! pours almost muddy purple-brownish with a small off-white cap offering minimal retention and lacing. tart blueberries, but also spicy cherries and other bush berries, woodsy lightly buttery notes, medium to high acidity content - surprisingly not really acetic though, fruity maltiness with very light underlying caramels notes, spices. moderate carbonation, light body, sour spicy finish. potent acidity, low blueberry content/expression (as expected) and definitely not close to a flanders red/amber/brown. a letdown from side project. gregwilsonstl (2692) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - MAR 24, 2017
Nice purple color. White lacing. Lots of blueberry. Really like this. Funky. Ungstrup (38597) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAY 10, 2016

Light hazy dark amber with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is tart blueberries, lemon, vinegar, light berry sweetness, some toffee, funk and wood notes. Taste is sour with berries and vinegar notes, hints of malt and berry sweetness with a light dry woody and lasting acidic finish.
Light bodied, dry and crisp, average carbonation.
Sour and refreshing!

375 ml bottle shared by a friend. Deep hazy maroon appearance with a small head. Fruity, juicy and jammy with a mild sourness and a medium sweetness. Hints of oak, vanilla and grape round things out. Nice. ctipping (2252) - Florida, USA - NOV 19, 2015

Deep red, kinda purple. Small white head that settles to nothing. Chunks floating in the beer.
Berry aroma. I suppose blueberry. Vinegary acidity.
Intense vinegar flavor. Dominates the blueberry flavor. Some berry, but it’s very vinegary. I don’t get any malt out of it either.
Medium body. Extremely sour. Medium low carbonation.
The sourness is just too intense and unpleasant for me.
Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. Hazy red liquid with a small off-white head. Aroma of lemon, blueberries, grain, funk and acetone. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of blueberries and lemon. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Super good. Borup (15563) - Albertslund, DENMARK - OCT 8, 2015
From tap at CBC 2015. Hazy reddish colour with an off-white head. Aroma and flavour of oak, barnyard, fruit, berries, vinegar and acidic. burg326 (5621) - Florida, USA - SEP 1, 2015
Poured an amberish purple color with aromas of sour blueberries, light vinegar, some lactic aromas with light musk. Flavors are tart blueberries, with some vinous qualities, nice sourness and very drinkable, a great beer from them.
