On tap at at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Hazy golden, small white head. Very sour. Strong lemon, wood, oak, berries? Vinous, funky, dry finish. Complex. The_Osprey (9361) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 5, 2017
September 2017 - Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza. As 'Side Project La Fosse'. Hazy yellow with a small off-white head. Aroma is huge rubber balloons, lots of balloon moving to flowers and plastic. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is spicy, plasticky, pretty acidic and there's a sulphurous impression. Not entirely sure about this one. May 11, 2016. On tap at CBC, blue session. neongolden (1860) - Linköping, Sweden/Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 12, 2017
Light hazy golden with a small lasting white head. Aroma is lots of apricots,
come citrus notes, sweet peaches, grape skins, some oak and minerals.
Sour, citrusy, a touch of vinegar. Light bodied, dry texture. Sour and dry finish with lemon, fruit skins, vinegar, oak.
Good but a bit too sour.
(Tap sample @ CBC 2016 Blue Session, Copenhagen) Fairly clear gold pour with a white head. Massively intense tart apricot and cider vinegar character both on the nose and palate, very biting despite the obviously juicy quality of the fruit addition, tough to get a great read on the beer when it's so bracingly puckering. A bit out of balance for me, consumed shortly after Westly for comparison. Just a small sample so maybe one becomes used to it after a few sips, but maybe it is not really the apricot beer for my tastes. klm1 (1902) - Bled/SF, - SEP 9, 2017

From tap. Pours hazy yellow. Small white head. Sour. Shivering. Dry. Earthy. Wooden tart and dry. Lingering dry and citric finish. koleminer20 (4091) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - JUN 20, 2017
Bottle at Side Project Cellar. 375 mL. The pour is a bright golden yellow with a thin ring of white head and a spot or two of lace as it falls down. The aroma is sour apricots and a beautiful oak and pit. The sournis huge, but the fruit is equally amazing. The flavor is even better. Fruit flesh and a big sour before a pit and light oak come rolling in. The mouth feel is crisp and clean with a great sour and a bright carbonation to go with the big time fruit and just fantastic dry sour on the finish. Hell. Yes. The fruits give an off trashy dumpster-ish flavor, the base is thin and overly tart. Not really a fan of fuzzy so I guess this falls to the same issues. b3shine (9208) - Indiana, USA - MAR 21, 2017
375 ml bottle to stemmed glass (Blend #2). Looks good; a cloudy lemony mango with white head that steadily dissipates into thinner lacing. Smells good too; a nice balance of oak and funk up front followed by a nice apricot presence. Tastes like it smells with a tart and mildly to moderately acidic medium-bodied mouthfeel. Tasty.
