From tap at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. A hazy yellow coloured beer with a white head. Aroma and flavour of citrus, fruit, lemon, vinous, sourness, wood, spicy and funky. Scopey (16777) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 27, 2017
Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. It pours cloudy bright gold with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet - sour, funky, apricot, peach, sherbet, candied citrus and lemon rinse. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, decent mouth-pucker, harsh face-ripper acidity, lactic, minerals, vinous, apricot skin and some tart granny smith apple with a crisp finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice aspects but the harsh acidity ruins it a bit for me. Desverger (14365) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - DEC 21, 2017

Extravaganza 2017, London - yellow pour with white head. Sour fruity notes with a medley of citrus lemon and apricot, notes of grape, medium body and acidity, slight vinegar nuance, funky with orchard fruit, wooden white wine soaked accents into the finish.
On tap at at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Hazy golden, small white head. Very sour. Strong lemon, wood, oak, berries? Vinous, funky, dry finish. Complex. The_Osprey (9999) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 5, 2017
September 2017 - Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza. As 'Side Project La Fosse'. Hazy yellow with a small off-white head. Aroma is huge rubber balloons, lots of balloon moving to flowers and plastic. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is spicy, plasticky, pretty acidic and there's a sulphurous impression. Not entirely sure about this one. (6-4-6-3-14=3.3)

May 11, 2016. On tap at CBC, blue session. neongolden (2175) - Linköping, Sweden/Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 12, 2017
Light hazy golden with a small lasting white head. Aroma is lots of apricots,
come citrus notes, sweet peaches, grape skins, some oak and minerals.
Sour, citrusy, a touch of vinegar. Light bodied, dry texture. Sour and dry finish with lemon, fruit skins, vinegar, oak.
Good but a bit too sour.
(Tap sample @ CBC 2016 Blue Session, Copenhagen) Fairly clear gold pour with a white head. Massively intense tart apricot and cider vinegar character both on the nose and palate, very biting despite the obviously juicy quality of the fruit addition, tough to get a great read on the beer when it's so bracingly puckering. A bit out of balance for me, consumed shortly after Westly for comparison. Just a small sample so maybe one becomes used to it after a few sips, but maybe it is not really the apricot beer for my tastes. klm1 (2104) - Bled/SF, - SEP 9, 2017
