Bottle - White grape and some light barrel notes. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Nice sourness and a dry light funky finish.

750ml bottle @ Matt's. Pours a hazy golden amber colour with a small white head. Nose is a nice mix of oak and wild yeast. Flavour is interesting, similar to the nose, a good mix of wild yeast and oak. There is a fair amount of acidity but it works and it's quite nice.

750ml bottle at Matt's. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is fruity and barrel notes. Similar taste with moderate to high acidity. Quite good, but I would prefer this to be less acid.

Hazy tan. Not much head. There's definitely a little bit of pedio on the nose, but with earthy, oaky and fresh leather aroma. The acidity is quite sharp - pretty acidic going down. Good complexity, with nice woody notes, maybe a bit vinous but that sharpness actually overwhelms this a bit, in my opinion cutting this down.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of oak, mixed wild yeast, floral notes, and light vinous (white wine) notes. Flavour is very complex, with lots of mixed wild yeast, white wine, moderate acidity, and oak. Very acidic, but it's appropriate. Complex and well-structured, though not an upper tier blend. Very good.

UPDATED: OCT 9, 2017 Bottle shared with koleminer20 and Gus. Aroma is very sour, yeast, vinegar, fruit, funk, sweet, good, wood. Appearance is golden amber, white head, somewhat hazy. Taste is very sour, stone fruit, sugar, dry, the sour comes back around, oak, amazing. Mouthfeel is light to medium body, light crisp carbonation, sour peach dipped in powdered sugar aftertaste. Overall, this is pretty god damn awesome.

Bottle sample at DSG's 15K at troubles'. Thanks Tom L. Opaque blond. Faint gherkin, hyssop and toasted sesame in the nose, sour and herbal taste, with hard cheese and then acidic. Medium body, acidic, herbal and vegetal finish (but in a good way)
