COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Smooth is our Missouri Wild Ale that was fermented in and aged in a French Oak foedre with Missouri microflora for 2 years. Once mature, it was racked on to Missouri Nectarines from the same farm in which we get White Peaches for Fuzzy. Big stone fruit aromatics, subtle Brett complexities and a more refined acidity.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong peach flesh, oak, lemon zest, brett. Thin body, peach candy, lemon, funky, oak, acidic but not overpowering, very nice.

375 ml bottle to snifter. Looks good; a fairy transparent gold with white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells and tastes oaky and funky alongside a nice nectarine presence. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied and pleasantly tart. Tasty.

375 ml bottle via trade. Pours a lightly cloudy gold with a small white head that settles into a ring and a few wisps of film, leaving spots of lace in the glass. Really nice nectarine aroma, and the flavor hits with more acidity. Bretty funk, stone fruit, bright summery florals, oak, apricot, white peach, white grape skins, vanilla, and jammy nectarines. Light-medium bodied, with moderate carbonation and a tart, dry, funky mouthfeel. Great stuff. One of the best of the fruit series.

Aroma of nectarine, lactic acid, grapefruit, lemon meringue, light funk. Very sour, light barrel oak with a huge nectarine taste, lightly astringent and rough, a bit too one-sided.

375 mL bottle. Hazy orange without much of a head. Nice nectarine aroma. It smells of very distinct peach/nectarine/stone fruit. The taste is immensely sour up front. Oak. Strong stone fruit. Very juicy. After the sourness dies down, it has a little bit of nectarine sweetness. Standard absurd Side Project sourness. Makes it difficult to drink. Low carbonation. Very flavorful, but overly sour.

(375ml bottle thanks to brystmar) cloudy goldish-orange, pulpy fibers from the nectarine in the body, fine white bubbles. Nose of fresh tart nectarines, wine barrel, touch of brett, very acidic, neat yeast profile. Taste is extremely acidic,. tart stone fruit, not very much "nectarine" like the taste, lacto, yogurt, complex, more brett in the flavor profile than the nose. Finishes very tart, medium to light carb, tart linger.
