Sidra natural vasca de Astigarraga. Realizada con variedades de manzana autóctonas como Txalaka, Urtebia, Judeline, Judor, etc. Con una fermentación mínima de 4 meses.

Nuestro Experto dice de la Sidra Vasca Bereziartua: de color amarillo pajizo. Con Aromas y recuerdos a fruta fresca y sabor suave y agradable, ligeramente acida y final amargo. con 6% de alcohol.

Bottle, sample. Tasted on the 03/06/2017 at Feira da Sidra da Estrada. Hazy pale golden colour. Aroma of red apples, earth and slightly barnyard. Taste is similar, with a yeasty finish. Next one please!

750 ml bottle split with Boo; from The Wine Rack. Aroma: Some woodsy vanilla/earthy notes; lighter tart lemon, musty hay. Appearance: Unfiltered, chunky gold with a bubbly white head that settles into a patchy skin. Flavor: Woodsy/earthy up front with a growing sharp lemon tartness; tart notes linger and are met by some musty hay towards the finish, which is mostly dry. Palate: Light body, slick texture, very soft carbonation, lingering finish. Overall: A pretty spunky cider with plenty of personality; a bit thin in the mouth. $6.49 for my bottle, so quite the value.
