750 ml bottle split with Boo; from The Wine Rack. Aroma: Some woodsy vanilla/earthy notes; lighter tart lemon, musty hay. Appearance: Unfiltered, chunky gold with a bubbly white head that settles into a patchy skin. Flavor: Woodsy/earthy up front with a growing sharp lemon tartness; tart notes linger and are met by some musty hay towards the finish, which is mostly dry. Palate: Light body, slick texture, very soft carbonation, lingering finish. Overall: A pretty spunky cider with plenty of personality; a bit thin in the mouth. $6.49 for my bottle, so quite the value. crossovert (12874) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 3, 2016
750ml corked green bottle as "Bere Aran". It is a tart and funky cider, hugely medicinal yeast character.
