Bottle from a supermarket in Benasque. Poured from a height, as I hear it’s supposed to. Hazy-murky golden color with white head. Aroma is barnyard, some tropical fruits, apple funk, earthy, cheesy feet, mineralic, definitely has a touch of Lambic feeling. Taste is tropical fruits again, apples, earthy, funky, manure. Bone dry mineralic, a bit mealy finish. Just a touch of carbonation, but it’s basically flat. Nice stuff, especially considering that his is supermarket stuff and cost 2.xx€/750ml... mjs (7370) - Helsinki, FINLAND - FEB 11, 2017
(Bottle, 0.375 l - BB 25.11.16, at Tapas Bar Inez, 20170211) The cider poured pale golden and cloudy. No head. Aroma had tart apples, acidity and wood. Palate was medium bodied and dry with very low carbonation. Flavours were tartness, sourness, apples, acidity and wood. Aftertaste was tart. A pleasant tart cider. guzgorog (867) - FRANCE - FEB 10, 2017
Robe jaune pale, très légèrement trouble. Nez pomme acide, vinaigre. Attaque très acide, pomme, peau, léger aspect levuré . Forte effervescence, longueur moyenne, bonne acidité. Bon cidre, acide, fermier, représentatif du cidre basque. Cuso (8691) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - DEC 25, 2016

I must say that the initial taste gives the impression of far more strength than the 6% claimed. So glad I am not driving!

The pour is a semi-still cloudy one. There’s a touch of cooked apple
and s bit of tart acetic/acetone like fruit notes. Soft acidity and a
bit of light spice. There’s a nice bit of fruit and some leathery
funky yeasty notes. Bright and tasty. andrewje41 (3887) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - AUG 30, 2015
Green bottle cider shared by beastiefan2k. Thanks! Pours a suspicious golden yellow color with no head. Fresh spiced apple aroma. Flavor is initially tart. Comes off as a pear cider to me. Aroma is consistent with apple, but flavor is all over the place with tropical fruit. Long sweet finish. Not bad. beastiefan2k (3981) - HdG (past: NYC, KS, Rain City), Maryland, USA - AUG 30, 2015
750mL screwtop green bottle at Schilling Cider House in Seattle. Tried to pour it the natural way but spilled it all over the bar top. Bubbled up but low carved. Aroma is not foot mj but its super funky, lambic-like Brett and I swear passion fruit and only a but of apple. You know its a good cider when apple is the minor character. Flavor is less musty and musky but not "apply" like the WA ciders I have been drinking it before it. Again I get tropical fruit and drying light tart finish. momordgz (295) - - JUL 11, 2015
Not really into cider, but I think that basque one is good, fresh and cheap.
