FROTHINGSLOSH (7694) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 24, 2017
Sampled from a 16 oz can this beer poured a vibrant yellow-gold color with an enormous soapy orange-white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was earthy and piney hops. The flavor was bitterish, a bit tangy and somewhat rough with earthy and piney hops and caramel. Medium length finish. Medium body. Ok.

BeerdedDave (1676) - Beckley, USA - JUN 24, 2017
clear, amber color; great citrusy hop aroma; flavor is loaded with citrusy hops (as a West Coast IPA should be); and some tropical fruit hop notes; lots of hops, yet well balanced; medium bodied and smooth; biscuit malt base; nice bitter, citrusy hop finish

From what: 16floz can. Freshness: COD 04.26.2017. Price: 2.25 unit. Glassware: Yes, special shaped imperial pint glass. Looks: Dark gold with clarity and some head. Average. Smells: Pine resin and to a lesser extent ’citrus’ fruits. Typical. Tastes: Fairly bitter, mostly pharmaceutical flavored saved by a bit of grapefruit. Feels: Full-bodied, puckering at times and always astringent. Imbalanced even for a DIPA. Sums: Hop overkill, pass.

deyholla (11496) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 23, 2017
Sampled from the tap at Republic 7C. Pours a clear copper with an off-white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a good amount of pine and resin backed by sweet grains. Flavor is similar with resinous pine throughout with a touch of flora and a grain backbone.

Hinez57 (253) - Clinton, Mississippi, USA - JUN 23, 2017
Citrus dominates the nose with hints of herb, pine, and grainy malt sweetness joining in. Off clear gold with thin white non-lacing head. Flavors reflect aroma but is far superior, wonderful mixture with peach, apricot, stone fruit coming through. Mouthfeel is thick but very drinkable with a crisp long bitter finish that matches malt sweetness well. Overall very enjoyable, only thing holding it back from being truly exceptional is the lack of head and relatively speaking lack of hop nose.

Emeister84 (2478) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - JUN 22, 2017
Pint can from Whole Foods (Charlottesville, VA). Lime aromas, tropical. Orange-gold with a fairly lasting white head. Mostly dry, citrusy, limey, a little strong, light malt sweetness. Medium-full bodied.

3.9
oobawa (1301) - Tennessee, USA - JUN 22, 2017
Big, brutally bitter DIPA, moderate citrus and dank notes combining with a mild cereal sweetness, leading to a lingering, IBU-packed finish. Lemon-orange notes pop up in the middle, while the malts offer tiniest bit of honey to pad the back end. Herbal-floral hops grow clingy and pine-centric, and the fade is a long, slow bitter onslaught. Good old-school, big-ass West Coast IPA.

Can from the 12pk Pours clear orange hue with a nice soapy white head and good lacing from the start. Nose is all c hop very bright citrus crystal malts slightly husky. Juicy c hop flavors bright full of bursting pineapple grapefruit and dry pale malts. this is perfect just perfect for the style. This can is 2 months old and I cant imagine how good this would have been at a few weeks old. This has held up very nicely for this much time. Yet another awesome SN brew!
