Tap at 3rd Annual Boulder SourFest (06-02-2012). Poured a pale, lemon-color with no head. Smell is lemon, herbal, spice, barnyard, and chardonnay. Taste is very bland, watery, and salty, with some spices and lemon peel. Thin mouthfeel and little-to-no carbonation. Not really my thing. cubs (10641) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JUN 5, 2012
Tap @ Avery SourFest III. Hazy, light yellow appearance with a white head. Somewhat spicy (coriander), lemon citrusy, light vanilla, cheesy aroma. The salt is definitely present in the flavor, but unfortunately, the flavor is a tart, lemon, light stomach acid flavor. I haven’t had too many Goses in my days, but this was one of my least favorites.
