Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, moderate to light heavy hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus, light pine. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120808]

GBBF. Almost clear gold beer. Little white head. Light crispy palate. Nice medium grapefruit with lemon and orange. A splash of seltzer minerals. Finishes semi dry with more citrus. Good stuff.

Gravity dispense at the GBBF - 08/08/12. Hazy golden yellow with hardly any head. Wheat, cereal and hops on the nose. Taste matches the nose, slight grain, grassy, mild fruit notes and little earthy tones. Medium bodied making for a smooth finish.

Cask at GBBF 2012. It pours straw yellow, with a bubbly off-white head. The nose is straw, sweet tropical fruit, banana, hopsack, light sulphur and herbal notes. The taste is citrus pith, soap, lemon, grapefruit, straw, light spice, grass and herb, with a pleasantly bitter finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Light, refreshing and rather drinkable.
