Pours a hazy golden orange with sediment, big white head and great lacing. Aroma is flowery hops and caramel and bready malts. Taste is bitter floral hops, then a slight delay before the bready malts come around for balance. Eventually they give way to the lasting hop bitterness. The varying aspects of this beer play well together. RichTheVillan (7835) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - MAR 2, 2013
Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear amber pour with white head, floral aroma, taste is like drinking a bouquet of flowers, not really it does have floral hop but it’s quite well balanced with malts. ganache (5896) - New Jersey, USA - MAR 1, 2013
Happy to get to try this even if it’s nowhere near its peak. Bottle. Nose is surprisingly vibrant with floral hops, pours deep orange with fantastic reddish edges and a billowy off-white head. Taste is dryish (some hop oil sweetness) with medium-strong, scrubbing and rubbery bitterness, but it’s clean, without astringency, and really lasts, nice for what it is. A little more alcohol packed in than the abv marking would indicate, or perhaps it’s just the interaction with the hops, but the booze and strong florality push this into extreme perfumed IIPA range (which I generally tend to find undrinkable). Medium-full body. Even though this particular flavor is not to my taste, there’s still a winning texture/mouthfeel here and and obvious mastery of process. crazyvin (2026) - New York, USA - FEB 21, 2013
A nice copper body with nice slightly off-white head that had great retention and nice lace. Aroma upfront had a nice slightly sweet caramel malt presence, but was over-powered by great resinous hop notes and nice floral hops there was some mild grapefruit in the background. Flavor was mildly sweet and great hop profile through out. Grapefruit hops seemed to have a little more flavor than the aroma led me to believe, Nice dry finish. Appearance was clear orangish gold with creamy off white 1 finger head, spotty lacing. Aromas are spicey floral hops with slightly sweet malts, clean yeast profile. Taste are hops upfront with grapefruit, lemon, pine, resin, with sweet caramel, pale malt backbone, no alcohol present. Palate was smooth soft CO2 with meduim body, then hoppy lasting citrusy finish. Good hoppy IPA, little past its prime...

Hazy amber with a creamy tan head. Aroma is floral and grainy with caramel and vegetation. Taste is floral with caramel, sweet malt, semi-vegetal and mild bitterness. harrisoni (18577) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - FEB 3, 2013
355ml bottle from Trafalgar Wines, Brighton. Hazy amber colour lasting light beige head. Yes a floral hop aroma which is very attactive. It’s ok, but quite light in the mouth. Some ok bitterness on the finish. Bit of nettle and almost pee on the aroma. It’s fine. Attactive aroma. But this nettle pee thing is just a bit ughy for me. Bottle at home, from Nelson Wines, Merton. It pours clear golden yellow with a medium off-white head. The nose is floral, grass, dough, farmyard and a touch of pithy citrus. The taste is hay, strong floral, grass, wood, pithy citrus, light metal and nice hope-bite with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Flavoursome, well balanced and very drinkable. blackflag321 (689) - Lansing, Michigan, USA - JAN 25, 2013
Bottle pour to pint. One of a Beer Camp 12-pack that I enjoyed in deer camp. It says Floral in the name and it is the most flowery beer I can remember. It’s okay, but too floral for my taste. Brewdork (228) - Sanford, Florida, USA - JAN 22, 2013
Pours hazy amber with thin white head. Strong floral hop aroma. Very nice hop flavor with lively mouthfeel and a clean finish. One of the best IPAs I’ve had in a while.
