Had on draft at the brewery. Spicy, lemon, pilsner malts, peppery, slight tartness. A great saison.

brokensail (16670) - Dublin, California, USA - DEC 2, 2013
On tap @ Torpedo Room. Clear golden pour with a white head. Aromas of pear, apple, and banana. Nice sugar, malt, and fruit sweetness. Tons of yeast, esters, and phenols. Light pepper on the finish. Flavor is sweet apple, banana, and pear. A touch of booze, pepper, and sugar. Some bread, yeast, and grass, too. Just a hint if white grape. Not bad.

BREWMUSKCLES (2744) - New Jersey, USA - OCT 28, 2013
now here i thought SN went traditional. no bigger hop flavor just some hop (and not in sierra nevada tradition), a nice golden color with banana and spice type flavors transitioning to a wine like dryness near the end for a busy brew. yeast has it’s own dimension. what one can expect from one of the very best brewers in the world. gentle salty warmness.

dwyerpg (6454) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - AUG 11, 2013
Some smooth banana in the aroma. Could be cloudier. A very fruity body of banana and orange but also quite hoppy for a saison. I really quite like this.

Drake (14078) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 21, 2013
Draft at Beer Run. Pours a hazy pale amber color with a thin head. Fair head retention. Aroma of herbal notes, stone fruits, herbal and floral hops, mustard. The taste is stone fruits, apple, spice, herbal hops. Medium bodied. Very nice.

junon (430) - Honolulu, Hawaii, USA - MAY 15, 2013
Nice! Fruity character. Easy drinker. Smooooth. Petite yet robust. Would like some bitterness.

adamah (214) - California, USA - APR 24, 2013
It has a nice spicy, herbal aroma. It pours a golden orange color. The taste is little sweet with some very subtle yeasty funk in it. It was more malty than I’ve come to expect out of the style but a very easy drinking and affordable beer.
