Citrus-heavy hops in a dry, yet assertive IPA... At Beer Camp, no beer style is off limits, so we jumped at the idea of doing a Golden IPA using wheat malt for a light, dry body and bold American and experimental hops for intense citrus flavor. Bottle. Golden pour with a tall, fluffy white head. Aroma is lemony hops and floral notes with a soft maltiness. Taste is lemony with citrus oils, floral hops, doughy malt and toasted grains. Body is medium with a soft bubbly carbonation and is dry during the finish. Ends with more lemony hops, floral notes, toasted malt, grains and soft sourdough.

I cant quite put my finger on it but I love the hop character to this. Its very fresh smelling w/ lots of lemony citrus to it. It is somehow "light" smelling to me and I cant really find a better word for it. This is all underpinned by a pretty strong crackery malt taste and solid bitterness. This is rather dry and pretty light bodied w/o being watery. Overall, this is pretty much what I want in an IPA: easy drinking, great hops, actual malt flavor. Im into it. I just kinda wish it wasnt as strong so I could drink more of it.

12 oz. bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light piney hops and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is nice and piney in the hop department, with a dry biscuity malt backbone. Standard stuff but well-made. Solid.

Bottle. Orange, grapefruit, biscuit malt, and grapefruit peel aroma. Slightly hazy yellow with large white head. Mildly sweet citrus biscuit malt and lightly bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Good body. No off flavors but pretty boring.
