On tap at OBriens. Backlogged rating. Damn this must have been a super-small batch brew with only 6 ratings... thats what I love about Tom’s place though, he’s got the hookups to get these special one-offs that the general public don’t ever see. Aroma of roasted chocolate malt and low hops. Smooth and pretty balanced flavor, leans towards more stout than an IPA. Lacking character and that IPA "punch" overall, but pretty tasty.

On draft at Andys Corner Bar in Bogota NJ. Dark in color with a medium fluffy off white head. Roasty and citrusy hoppy aroma. Caramel and dark fruity flavor. Nice citrus hop notes. Medium bodied. Dry chocolatety finish. Nice beer.

Draught at TJ’s: Aroma of dark malt, hops, pine, resin, light roasting, and some grass. Poured dark brown/ruby in color with a medium-sized, creamy, dense, tan head that lasted throughout. Clear. Sparkling. Excellent lacing. Flavor is medium to heavily bitter. Tastes of malt, hops, pine, resin, roasting, and slight caramel. Medium body. Tingly, then dry texture. Average to slightly lively carbonation. Medium bitter, slightly sweet, hop, resin, malt, roasting, and chocolate finish is dry. 8.1%ABV is completely hidden throughout.
