A - Pours a deep and fairly clear amber-orange color with a finger of head with a half finger of off-white/tan head. The head faded fairly quickly leaving behind some nice lacing.
S - Aroma is full of floral and citrus hops and quite powerful. Also a touch of sweet malt and some spiciness mixed in.
T - Starts off with a perfect balance of sweet malt flavor and some nice citrus hops. The floral hops with some nice bitterness explodes in the middle of the beer. The finish is a touch of spice mixed with the hops flavor with some nice lingering bitterness. Just a touch of alcohol burn in the finish. Very balanced beer.
M - Medium-full bodied with a fairly low to moderate amount of carbonations. Super smooth and just a touch oily. Feels crisp and the dry finish is really nice.
D - Very drinkable. The flavors are really nice, strong, and almost perfectly balanced. Lots of hop flavor and just a touch of alcohol burn (even with the 9.7% APV) makes for a very excellent beer. Drake (13726) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 24, 2011

Floral, peppery, citrus, berries. Some faint toffee notes if you look for them. The taste is bitter, floral hops with a peppery finish. Hop forward with some faint toffee notes. Medium bodied. UPDATED: DEC 31, 2010 Tap @ Belmont Station... Poured a clear amber/orange with a white head, nice lacing. Nose was dirty with hops, spicy, peppery. Very resinous, slight kick of alcohol. Malts were sweet but just stayed in the back of all the hop bitterness. My buddy Harry helped with this beer at the camp, so I was really stoked to get some.
