tap @ RnH - packed with hop resins, plenty of sweet grainy notes, bready and touch of yeast. Big boozey finish and almost gaggingly sweet. Not my style. murphym45 (769) - New York, New York, USA - NOV 30, 2010
On tap @ Rattle N Hum.
Clear amber with some off white head, nice lacing. Intense hop aroma with some pine and herbal notes, along with some citrus and a hint of mint. Medium bodied, fairly bitter with a hint of sweetness. Bitter hoppy finish. TeamTrappist (832) - jericho, New York, USA - NOV 30, 2010
Tap at Rattle n Hum. Poured a rich dark amber. Piny grapefruit nose. FlAvor follows the nose. Big big hopped double ipa. Nicely flavored and well balanced. Lots of bitterness in the finish, but smooth with a hint of sweetness. puzzl (3258) - New York, New York, USA - NOV 29, 2010
Tap at RnH. Deep orange pour. Nose is surprisingly sweet for these guys... smells more like 90 minute than a Sierra beer. Grapefruit and wheat. Sweet, lip-smacking body--not in a good way. Gummy sugary candied citrus fruits. A disappointment.
