COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Produced especially for the OBF, Beer Camp’s golden color and medium bodied sweetness comes from pale, Europils, Munich and acidulated malts. Magnum, Crystal and Pacifica hops provide a distinctly American bittering and hop flavor profile without going over the top. The result is a refreshing, balanced, crisp pilsner, easy to drink on a hot summer festival day - or to take with you to beer camp.

12 oz bottle. Pours a nice golden with a big white head and good CO2 release. Aroma of floral hops, bready malts and slight cheese. Taste is a nice mix of hops and blanced with cereal malts. Slightly salty. Smooth on the palate, easy to drink and good finish. Pretty good overall but not "Imperial."

From the sampler. Probably my favorite of the four. Clear golden pour with a fluffy white head. Nice grainy, malty aroma with notes of grassy hops. Lightly sweet but balanced with a touch of bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied, light fizzy mouthfeel. Quite good.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 8/30/12

Aroma: The aroma has some bread, pilsner malts, fruity/lemony notes, and a little grass
Appearance: It pours a clear golden-orange color with a small white head and light lacing
Flavor: This one has a nice, clean malty flavor, and it is nicely balanced between sweet and bitter
Palate: Light-medium bodied, and has a really nice feel this is smooth, crisp, and clean, with a nice tingle
Overall Impression: This one easily hits the mark for a quality Pilsner. The mouthfeel is up there with any of the best examples of the style, the nose is subtle, but works quite well, and the flavor is right on target. It is also extremely drinkable. I enjoyed this one quite a bit.

Draught at Bailey’s Taproom, PDX. Grassy aroma, with a tinge of citrus. Clear dark straw color. Sweet caramel flavors, with some grass; mid palate is buttery; finish is smooth and mild. Thin-medium body. Very smooth, drinkable, mild. Innocuous but pleasant.

Bottle from bhensonb. Pours clear yellow gold with a nice white head and a light floral aroma. There is a medium-bodied crystal malt flavor, slightly sweet, but turning dry and bitter. Crisp and refreshing.

12oz bottle. Pale golden yellow, crisp and clear. Dry honey, crisp malts and hop. Pretty nice robust pils, honey malts and nice hop bill. Tasty and better than average.

Bottle from Beer Camp 12pk-pours lite orange crystal clear with a small sprtizy white head. nose is lots of pale grains, spicy hops sulfer, but not as punchy as i would have liked. It seems like this beer was a bit old-like SN bottled it a few months ago for release now (saw this on their facebook page) it would have been alot better if it was fresh. however, the beer here is crisp clean, well balanced with some nice hops. long finish of leafy hops and pale grains with quite a bit of dryness. WIsh the finish was a bit better though. Decent beer from the BC however, could have been better fresher.

Bottle to pint (thanks DrSilverworm). Looks decent; a transparent gold with white head that quickly dissipates into lacing. Smells solid; semi-sweet and slightly doughy and hoppy. Tastes like it smells with a crisp pilsner snap that’s pleasant on the palate. Nice.
