COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Produced especially for the OBF, Beer Camps golden color and medium bodied sweetness comes from pale, Europils, Munich and acidulated malts. Magnum, Crystal and Pacifica hops provide a distinctly American bittering and hop flavor profile without going over the top. The result is a refreshing, balanced, crisp pilsner, easy to drink on a hot summer festival day - or to take with you to beer camp.

Bottle. Pours a fairly clear gold with a medium sized white head. Big musky grain on the nose, crisp noble hops, dusty and musky. The grain is so deep that it picks up a nutty quality. Medium bodied, grainy and smooth, toast and a light touch of warming alcohol. Long grain, a touch of lemon, faint musk and grain.

12oz bottle, from the 2012 beer camp mix pack. Thin fizzy white head, some bubbles on the side of the glass. No lace. Clear golden color. Bigger body for a pils, but not quite an "imperial". More crisp carbonation, dry finish. Bready, good spicy and lemon-citrus hops. Some bitterness. Grainy aroma. Light spicy hop aftertaste. Seeing the celery that another rater pointed out. Enjoyable, but Im a bit disappointed, after the raves Ive been hearing about this.

Pale straw colour. Sticky white head and lacing. The nose is sweet and fairly aromatic. A little bit of floral hoppiness and a kind of spicy hop flavour as well. There is a touch of white pepper as well. It still comes across as too sweet and under hopped. Not sure what others are tasting here, but Im not really a fan.

Bottle to pint (thanks DrSilverworm). Looks decent; a transparent gold with white head that quickly dissipates into lacing. Smells solid; semi-sweet and slightly doughy and hoppy. Tastes like it smells with a crisp pilsner snap thats pleasant on the palate. Nice.
