Pours a light golden honey color with an abundant head. There is noticeable carbonation activity stemming from the bottom of the glass to the top. Light, but fresh hop aroma hints at a pale ale. Initial quick taste of fruit turns to a thick bready finish that sticks to the palate with a mild bitterness in true Sierra Nevada style. marcus (10231) - Sacramento, California, USA - FEB 15, 2011
Growler from the brewery. Pours clear honey with a rich light beige head and a floral aroma. There is a nice pale malt flavor that is truly bread-like, quite yeasty, with a dry bitter finish that sticks to the palate. Very refreshing.
