Keg at Falling rock - Denver. Pours clear gold with a big, fluffy white head. Nice aroma, some saison yeast, grapefruit, flaked wheat. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of sourdough, more citrus, pithy grapefruit, a little yeast, phenols, mild bitter grass and hay. Light to medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Neat finish, more wheat bread and sourdough roll, mild grassy and rindy bitterness. Solid.

UPDATED: SEP 27, 2017 One of those rare Sierra Nevadas I don't like as if it rained during a hike. Hazy golden pour. Hops and florals don't match here. Tap at Falling Rock.

Nice bright yellow pour. Nose is zesty, almost perfumey fruit esters. Easy drinking for the higher abv. Unique complex flavor, yet refreshing.

mcberko (18956) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 28, 2017
On tap at Sierra Nevada Torpedo Room, pours a clear golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light Belgian yeast and cereal malt sweetness. Flavour is similar, with only very light saison yeast, light esters, and dry biscuity malt. Bone dry, with a crisp finish. Very nice.

j12601 (13099) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - AUG 27, 2017
On tap at the Torpedo Room in Berkeley. Pours a clear golden amber with a medium sized white head that falls and leaves a beautiful lace down the glass. Soft musk on the nose, a bit of fruity yeast, musk. Slow musk into the finish, light bitterness, a touch of esters. Clean and easy drinking, quite pretty.

Brilliant clear golden color with a thin very sticky white head. Nice Belgian yeasty peppery and lightly tree fruity nose with a kiss of wheat bread. Smooth full flavor that’s crisp and Belgian pale malty with lots of smooth peppery esters and a clean fruity note. Crisp malty yeasty flavor at the end.

SDalkoholic (2424) - Linda Vista, California, USA - MAY 13, 2011
On tap @ San Diego Brewing: poured with a beautiful topping of head with a color hard to tell due to the dim lights at the bar. The aroma was spiced lovely, however, the flavor was only moderately spiced and seemed to run a little thin and watered down, but was still a clean and crisp drink.

tokyogoat (1503) - San Diego, California, USA - SEP 13, 2010
Pours a medium to heavy golden color, nose is spicy and fruity, taste is pretty disappointing, apple peels, pepper, lemon, meh

not nearly as good as i was hoping. like apple juice, seriously, thats the first and only thing i could think of when i drank it, pure apple juice. thin white head that was gone in a flash, crystal clear amber color, aroma is of apples and some yeast. not going to make that mistake again, should be better coming from a brewer that usually makes some great beers.

3.4
Cletus (6368) - Connecticut, USA - AUG 31, 2009
Pours copper with a thin white head. Smells of spice, some floral hints, dry malt, grassy. Tastes grassy and dry with some fruity hints on the finish.
