On tap at the Falling Rock, apparently Chris Black was a part of brewing this beer. Nice orange color served in a pint glass(?). It smells like vinegar and weirdness. The taste is peppery, candy, really makes me think about what I am tasting. Very easy to drink. good beer but what else can you expect from Sierra Nevada.

Nice bright yellow pour. Nose is zesty, almost perfumey fruit esters. Easy drinking for the higher abv. Unique complex flavor, yet refreshing. Ratman197 (15117) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - NOV 26, 2008
On tap @ Falling Rock poured a clear copper with a lasting ivory head. Aromas of spice, carmel, straw and light fruittiness. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of bread, spice, light carmel and light fruittiness with a smooth lingering spiced finish. Vac (2445) - San Diego, California, USA - DEC 10, 2008
Pours with an orange gold body topped by a thin to medium thick head with a good amount of lacing. It is slightly sweet with light malt notes, clove accents and a bitter, grassy hope note. Light bodied, crisp and dry. Lubiere (14126) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 17, 2009
A blonde saison with a thick white head. An organic smelling ale with Brett, raspberries, epsom salts...wow! In mouth, a nice light saison with orange peels, smooth and fresh, coriander notes. Quite nice! On tap at Falling Rock Tap room, 24 Jan. 2009.

On tap at the Torpedo Room in Berkeley. Pours a clear golden amber with a medium sized white head that falls and leaves a beautiful lace down the glass. Soft musk on the nose, a bit of fruity yeast, musk. Slow musk into the finish, light bitterness, a touch of esters. Clean and easy drinking, quite pretty. Tap at Toronado San Diego. Pale golden beer with a thin white head. Aroma is fairly soft and spicy. Light clove and cinnamon character over a fairly bready malt base. LIghtly peppery and quite spicy/fruity w/o the cloying sweetness that typifies US version of this style. Light cherryish fruitiness and a bit of clove/stone fruit pit spiciness. A bit of almondy character. Fairly straightforward yeasty component, but it’s still pretty nice. Leighton (21879) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 21, 2017
Keg at Falling rock - Denver. Pours clear gold with a big, fluffy white head. Nice aroma, some saison yeast, grapefruit, flaked wheat. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of sourdough, more citrus, pithy grapefruit, a little yeast, phenols, mild bitter grass and hay. Light to medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Neat finish, more wheat bread and sourdough roll, mild grassy and rindy bitterness. Solid. DaSilky1 (2606) - San Diego, California, USA - OCT 27, 2008
Draft (Toronado SD): Filtered bronze color, a VERY solid sheet of off-white super tiny bubbled froth. Yeasty nose with notes of coriander and ash. First sip I tasted brett, but I didn’t taste that for the rest of the pint, which was weird. It was full bodied but had a somewhat wet mouthfeel. There was an adequate hop profile, at least to balance it out. The yeast certainly had a belgian/bubblegum charactersitc bt was overall pretty clean and not over powering. The finish has a slight tang to it.
